Baymont by Wyndham Anderson Clemson - Hotel in Anderson - 128 Interstate Blvd, USA

Elton was fabulous as usual, I had a problem with noisy people and he actually knocked on their door and asked them to be quiet. He was very professional about it. Unfortunately we had a rainstorm so he had to lock the pool, but he was very sensitive to everyone complaining. He is a five star person and an asset to your company. I actually enjoyed my stay and will come back again.

When we got to the room the door was standing wide open. The air conditioner door was broke. The carpet was stained and had large rips in it. There were stains on all the furniture. The bed sheets had blood on them. The shower curtain rod was broken and was not secured to the wall. There was black mold in the bathroom. Cigarette burns on the tub in a non smoking room. My previous stay was decent but this stay was horrible and a health hazzard .

Stayed nights. Our room clearly had not been fully cleaned. Dirty towels were left hanging on the bathroom door, there was visibly stuff on the beds, we didn't notice until the next day. It seems they flipped the blankets so it wasn't obvious. There was a bottle label taped to the wall plus other stuff you see in the pictures. The pool was closed Friday, they said because a kid had an accident they were waiting on the pool guy to come clean it. we managed to get in around 5pm on Saturday for an hour because of so many people that I'm not even sure were guests crowding it. Sunday someone had to go at 930 and ask them to open the pool so their kids could use it before leaving. We got an apology and clean towels for the state of our room and thats it. Lady at front desk was nice. Only thing good I have to say.

The handicap bathroom was not what was described by the Indian call center worker. So know that if you’re booking through Wyndham at all, the call center workers cannot be trusted to know what’s actually at the facility.||||||My wife had to make a trip to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and spent fifteen minutes cleaning just to make the room livable.||||There was still wet liquid vomit on the wall from the previous guests. Hair and stains on every surface, both hard and carpeted. The toilet did not flush and the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The AC shut off every 45 minutes regardless of setting.||||Brandon at the front desk was very understanding and seemed like he himself was upset at the disarray his employees had left the hotel in. He promised a refund but that still has yet to arrive. I don’t know if that’s his fault - probably not - but the company has made no effort to amend anything.||||There are many hotels in this area. Stay a different one - especially one not operated by Wyndham.

We enjoyed our family stay , rooms seemed clean to me , no bugs , no issues. These other people saying its a run down hotel with dirt and bugs must be on drugs or just trying to get a discount on their rooms . The place treated us great , friendly - Great service and breakfast. I'd stay there again anytime. Thanks to all the staff who was nice and took care of us

Room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. I asked for a new room, was told none available and they would not issue a refund since I booked with Expedia. Lots people hanging outside at 130 am smoking talking. Not a good hotel. Go down the road and avoid this one for sure. Don’t make the mistake I did.

I'll give you one piece of advice, stay somewhere else. This is about the nastiest room I have ever seen. Dirty fingerprints lined the walls and even hairdryer on the wall. There wasn't even a shower curtain. I would have slept in the car if it wasn't 90 degrees outside. A homeless looking man has a poor young girl cornered in the breakfast area until she finally made an excuse to get away.

Been there 2 times. 2nd time, upstairs, I forget the room number, it's been 3 yrs, Roaches on the wall and the shelving unit holding the tv and fridge. All tiny babies, but I killed about 30 or 40. Then one adult Roach on the BED. Omg I was up all night searching the covers, feeling like they were in bed with me. Never seen another one there but the babies were there.
