Baymont by Wyndham - Extended stay hotel in Marianna - 2222 FL-71, USA

The nicest staff and very accommodating to all our needs. Clean spacious rooms. We stayed in #108 and were very pleased. Very quiet at night for a good night's sleep. We evacuated due to Hurricane Debby and wanted to find a safe place in a good location. So many restaurants right close by and a WALMART too. Cant beat the rates for what you get. Wonderful place. We will definitely stay again.

Probably the worst room I’ve stayed in and all my years of traveling holes in the wall filled with toilet paper. Paint pulled off the doors hole in the outside door with toilet paper paper towels, stuffed in bottom sheet top sheet, no other bedding, besides a pillow on the bed, went to the restroom in the middle of the night and the roaches were having a dance in the tub, two more work scurrying around on the bathroom floor. Hotel is also being used as a women’s/kids shelter or homeless, shelter, and kids running around and obviously with their full-time.

Upon entry, you see the refrigerator on top of the catch tray. As I went to wash hands and use the bathroom, I was greeted by 2 roaches (killed), then as I left bathroom another is scurrying across the wall. Happened to have roach spray in bus (motor coach operator). Return to room with luggage, sprayed bed and floor, they must've thought it was chow time. Crawling from every direction. As I walked from parking lot, I counted minimum of 4 rooms with a roach either climbing wall, coming from under door or going into room. All within 1/2hr of my check in. Needless to say, I chose to let them have room. Wash clothes and towels are WELL PAST replacement date . And when I called the front desk they tried to behave as if they were surprised. "We're fully booked and no one has said anything to us". Well my count was 2 killed, 3 filmed and many more scurrying for lunch. ROACH MOTEL...And I'm EXTREMELY disappointed this place would be associated with the Wyndham umbrella

Roach infested. Found roaches during initial entry into room. Brown peach sized stain obvious on the folded back sheet. Immediately checked out and asked for a refund. Had booked 2 room for 3 days. It took me several phone calls and several days to get back part of the money they charged my account. Desk clerk was also doing chash rentals out of his pocket with no receipt (watched him do one). "Billy" said I was threatening him when I informed them that I would have to submit a stop payment if they didn't refund my money. STILL got charged an inflated rate for 2 rooms for one night. Wasn't there for 10 minutes. Pics are of live roach in shower I stomped on, another live one behind the fridge along with several other dead bugs... Worst Wyndham experience ever (diamond rewards member).

Positive: "" Negative: The room was not clean. There was roaches crawling in our room. The room had a strong paint odor. There was old soap left in the shower and peanut shells left in the bottom of the trash can. The towels were old and stained. The bedding was stained.

Roaches EVERYWHERE!! The room was a mess, there was trash everywhere, the beds were not even made...and dirty towels on the floor. |Then management refused a refund! DO NOT BOOK HERE|They have several complaints, but i thought how bad can it be. i just needed a few hours of sleep.....I promise, it IS THAT BAD

Needs to be completely overhauled. We've stayed here several times over the last 10 to 15 years. There were some really nice employees we met over our stay. We appreciate their hard work, and dedication.

Positive: Location Negative: Everything!! Bed squeaked . Had to sale. For my own towels. Was told if you wasn?t satisfied I should?ve called front desk I Frickin went to the front desk to get towels No coffee maker. No apologies fromStaff!! DO. NOT STAY HERE!!
