Baymonc by wyndhan - Motel in Williston - 1325 19th Ave W, USA

Very friendly staff, spotless hotel and room, and very competitively priced. The furnishing in the room was of a more European style, which might surprise people a bit, but we found it very attractive... and very practical in design. In all, a very good experience.

I called the hotel around 11:30 at night, as my husband needed to make a last minute trip to williston. The first call, it sounded like someone answered then immediately hung up. I called again and a man answered "baymont" and I asked him about a trucker rate. He replied that he would need to check, but he was helping a customer and asked if he could put me on hold. After being on hold for so long, it rang back to the front desk. After he answered with the same greeting as before, I said, "yes, sir. You had me on hold." In an irritated tone, he replied, "no, I don't think we have any trucker rates." I asked him if the hotel would be able to accommodate a day sleeper and he replied, "I don't know what to tell you. We have the best rates in town." (Not true.) I said, "that's not what I asked. My husband works nights. Would you be able to accommodate a day sleeper?" He said, "I don't know. You'll have to speak with my manager in the morning." I attempted to ask a couple other questions, however he kept interrupting me. I told him that having the "best rates in town" doesn't give you carte Blanche to show such disrespect and provide such poor customer service. He hung up. I called back to get his name and he hung up on me again. I attempted speaking with the manager about his behavior the next morning and she just kept making excuses for him. "We've been having issues with our system. He was having trouble checking in a guest, then another on walked in." There is no excuse for how he acted. If he would have told me, "I'm having some issues. Could you please called back in [x amount of time]?" I would not have had an issue. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received at a hotel. The worst ever at a wyndham.

The lady at check in was very nice and accomodating. (we requested extra pillows) The room was spacious and clean with lots of plug ins. There is a mini fridge but no coffee maker or microwave. The bed was quite hard and the pillows not so great. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again.

Still have not fixed parking lot in over a year now and apparently not dog friendly even though it says online while booking, on a side note the pillows were super thin and mattress is not for a comfortable nights sleep. Elevator doesn't work as well, and the continental breakfast is literally a joke...just don't stay at this Baymont.

horrible grounds, parking lot looks like a warzone. room is absolutely barren. Bathroom door is a pair of opposing closet doors.

The room was very clean and modern but a little small.. Both the evening and morning staff were very friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. Full breakfast service was not available yet, but there were still plenty of options for us to choose from.

This was a MOTEL 6?? Wyndham get some management in there to create your level of hospitality or take off your name!! Short staff created frustration on their part and of guests. Front desk and phone not answered for 1/2 hour!! Elevator still not working for people!! Only a luggage lift and you take the stairs. No hair dryer, iron/iron board in room? So So So disappointing. The cleaning staff was the friendliest - front desk so crabby and accusatory - my husband requested two breakfast "BAGS" and she questioned if two were in his room?

Checking in was a joke. Waited in the lobby calling out for an attendant. After a good 15 minutes they showed up. Elevators broken. Was there for 2 weeks housekeeping showed up once. Then when checking out I asked for a receipt was told it was emailed. Still waiting for the email hours later.
