Great place, very clean, friendly people and perfect location to walk everywhere! In the Historic District. Loved the gazebo upstairs. We picnicked up there with the view. I had to take a few Rocks in the hanging chairs. Breakfast was excellent too!

The Inn is in great location for walking access to the entire historic district. Outside gazebo seating with bay view is a bonus and nice for relaxing. The breakfasts are typical hotel comps. The rooms are clean and comfortable but, do show their age. The Inn can benefit from a facelift with some interior remodeling. Overall, it was a good value, esp. with parking included. The entire Inn staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful with guests.

Excellent stay, great location, parking & breakfast included. Everything within walking distance. Comfortable room, deck nice to watch sunrise & just chill. Everyone working there was very helpful. Great views of the river & easy parking with our car right outside of our room.

Very nice clean rooms. The location is fantastic as it is located in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars with live music. The downtown is beautiful at night with the trees all lit up. We'll be back later this year for sure with friends!

Check in and out was quick and easy. Clean rooms. All the employees were very nice and professional. Breakfasts were very good: eggs, bagels, sausages, biscuits and gravy, fruit, juices, coffee, cereal, and more. Perfect location to walk to everything there is to do in St Augustine. It's so close you can walk back to your room between things to do to freshen up. Great view of the Lighthouse across the river. Very quiet and safe area. We will definitely be staying here again. They even called when we left a pillowcase in our room. We asked them to discard it, but it was very nice of them to be so thorough and follow up. THANK YOU

We stayed for just one night. Comfortable and clean room. Great location and easy to walk to main attractions in historic St Augustine. Good parking lot (must have a good place to park in St Augustine)|Staff was friendly and accommodating and met all our needs

Wonderful place to stay in the historic district. We could walk to all our favorite restaurants/ shops/ bars. The staff is so helpful and friendly with many extras such as hot breakfast, cookies and evening social . Free parking too! Would definitely reccomend.

Perfect location to park, stay, and walk all the sights. Room is large and comfortable and a great bed. We arrived too early to check in and were able to leave our car and walk around and have lunch. Headed back to the hotel after our lunch and were able to get checked in early.
