Visiting from out of town. When I first checked in, I was in a rush to go out again, so only checked the bed and locks. It seemed fine. A little worn out maybe but not dirty. It wasn't until the next morning that I first checked the bathroom. Tub was absolutely crawling with ants. And while I can appreciate supporting safe sex, I think they should maybe clean out the drawers next time... Will not be back
We checked in late at the evening. The owner is very friendly and we felt very comfortable. Room was clean with air condition. Also the guest next door was very friendly. The house and yard are safe and there is space for parking. Next time we will be in this area we will come back for sure cause service and price are best.
AVOID - Awful experience. Left my room due to a loud bang and shouting. Tried to call the reception to get a partial refund - never heard back. Would be great full if they (you) would get in contact.
Horrific customer service - avoid this place at all costs. The manager became verbally aggressive and abusive for accidentally staying over the check out time by a mere hour after paying over $300 for 3 nights. Constant noise in the building throughout the night with conversations easily heard from below. They charge over $100/night for tiny rooms, 1970s era bathrooms and a TV which cuts off part of the show and can't be adjusted. A hole at the base of the door means more noise and bug activity. This roach motel is not worth even half of what they charge. The Nights Inn would be better than this...
Experience was terrible. We reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed and they gave it to someone else. When we complained, they basically said "too bad." Don't stay here, it's not worth it. For the same amount of money, you'll get 2 beds, better service, and more parking at the Motel 6 Oakland Airport.
We stayed at the Bayview before taking the train to Chicago. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Absolutely would stay there again. The neighborhood is what it is, urban and a little run down, but no worse than lots of other places I've been.
The motel itself is ok. It’s quite clean (sheets looks clean, no sticky floor, but will suggest flip flops in bathroom) and quite. AC was turned on so the room was comfortable. Only the neighborhood was quite shabby. I would not suggest to stay in that area if you are two young girls for example (sorry don’t want to trigger, just suggesting). We have walked the streets in that area and we didn’t feel that safe in the dark (around 9 o’clock) If you stay in SF till late, place take a cab from the metro station to the place. There are some hobo’s under the bridge you need to cross, and they can be a little aggressive and their dogs are even worse.
The room is fair, comfy and super clean (the smell is great! I don't know what is the softener they use!). We stayed three nights and everything was fine. Microwave and fridge ara available. To go to the center just go to the MacArthur Bart and go to Embarcadero, leave the car here because there is always traffic jam!
Good time with 9 and 12yr old. We played Squid Games. I booked in advance, check in was simply and easy. Guy helped my 12yr old son who is on the spectrum, he was really nice. I liked that the fans are going in your room cause you get really worked u
I love the ambiance of the cafe shop. I ordered white mocha and almond crois, white mocha was extremely sweet. I would mention about service that, I waited a little long and then they realized me. They can be more aware of their service, and putting
Excellent place to grab a fantastic drink in a chill atmosphere. We went on a Saturday night around 7 and there were people but it wasn't super busy. We got fast and friendly service, delicious drinks, and it was laid back and quiet enough to talk. W
