I stayed here with my husband recently and while the trip was very enjoyable, I thought the bed was very comfortable and the things they had available for us to use makes you feel at home, everything is walking distance, super cool, there were some serious maintenance issues + verbal abuse after the fact. There was black mold on the ceiling in our room, above the bed, the shower barely works at all and if you are pregnant/bigger person you will not get clean in any way, have thick hair? You can forget washing it. The fire alarm had no batteries in it (I’ve seen other reviews about this too). While YES 100% you are getting what you pay for and it’s cheap, it’s a serious safety hazard. But to TOP it off, if you leave an honest review saying these things even in the nicest ways, Marta will message you repeatedly harassing you about being dishonest to get a good review on Airbnb, and leave responses that YOU’RE the problem. If you read through Airbnb reviews you will see that anyone who has anything remotely related to safety concerns or not 100% positive, she freaks out on you. Kind of a Karen move. I guess you can say I’m being a Karen back because you’re not just gonna be like that to the pregnant lady and think that’s how to go about things. I thought Mike was very nice personally and we never wanted to be like rude to their faces or something like that or cause a problem because that’s where we were literally staying, you don’t wanna anger people where you stay, generally in life. So we didn’t say anything in person. The whole POINT of reviews is to let the hosts know what they could do better and to let guests know what they’re in for. So yeah, I guess if you don’t have only nice things to say don’t say anything at all. Worth noting: we left the room very clean with everything in its place except the dirty towels/bedding, so even if you’re a good guest you’re still gonna get harassed.

Clearwater gem ! Old Florida! Family owned & operated for many years as I was told! We could launch a paddleboard or kayak right outside our door. We were in the heart of Clearwater Beach without paying Clearwater Beach room prices. Marta and Michael were gracious hosts. We will be back to enjoy this affordable gem.

Rented this place for the weekend and left early due to roaches. Saw a few in shower and kitchen sink but one crawled on my son while we were sitting and watching tv. Also, don’t use kitchen table because tiny little ants were crawling all over it. Disgusting, had to cut weekend short at Clearwater and was totally inconvenienced. Left in a hurry so a few to go boxes in fridge but otherwise we left property as we arrived.

What an amazing hidden gem! TBH when you look at it from the outside, you're a little skeptical. But what a quaint rental! Even the hubs was impressed. It is clean, quiet, and within walking distance to everything. Mike and Marta are great hosts. If I venture back to this area, this will be my place.

This hidden gem is perfect for a beach getaway. We loved the hospitality that was given to us by the owners. We will be back this year to stay again! Thank you to the owners for wonderful service and recommendations on places to eat and shop!

Recommend this place to stay ,very nice location’s, easy to get everything,close to the beach what makes to stay more pleasant 🫶. Comfortable to stay in the room,has everything to stay on vacation ✅

We stayed here 3 nights and had a wonderful experience! The owners are wonderful! Extremely clean! Hand down this place is a hidden gem!
