Awesome Customer Service! Fiancé's laptop has been having issues connecting to the internet, so we tried many troubleshooting problems, we even tried a system restore and none of that worked. To make matters worse, during one of the system restores we reset the laptop causing a critical failure rendering the laptop basically dead. At this point we're thinking of just buying a new one, but we decided to try to find someone to help us fix it first, after searching on Google we found Bay Area Computer Repairs, and its raving reviews. So I gave Niel, the owner a call he was very nice and professional the whole time, he told me he had an opening on Sunday in the morning and his home office in San Mateo, after a quick ride over we met with him and he went right to work diagnosing the issue. Despite the condition the computer was in he was able to pull all important files off of the laptop and back them up into an external hard drive we had(which we forgot the cord to and he was able to supply one of his own which was awesome!) as well as completely reset and fix the computer and the internet adapter issue we were originally having. Niel is a nice man and worked with us and our tight budget, i dont think there's anywhere else you will find such great service at a great price. I will definitely be going back to Niel for any and all future computer problem I may have.
