Spent our first month-long stay in Florida at Bay Aire! Lovely staff, organized park, good recreational programs. The area couldn’t be better, sits right between Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. I’ll definitely bring my drone next year!!

Manager and staff on the site are truly helpful and very welcoming. This RV park has so much loved by the crews working there. Always facilities are neat and clean. Attention to detail is excellent. Love this place and vibe it has. ♥️

This RV park is along the bike trail and 3 state parks to ride on your bikes to several breakfast restaurants. Bar grills Also along the trail there arr beer and wine tasting brewery. Several fishing bfirst and a party fishing boat This is my 3 year in the area.

Bay Aire RV Park is phenomenal. Close to everything. Trolley service right outside the gate. Will take you to many attractions. Staff members are fantastic. Helpful, friendly and very professional. Property is well maintained, laundry facilities are new and easy to use. Recently updated pool is amazing. As full time RVers we would be excited to winter there if anything were to open up. You can tell the management team takes ownership of the property and are top notch. If you get a chance, don’t miss out on staying at this hidden gem in Palm Harbor.

Nice park, good location and nice staff, but spaces are tight. Your neighbors are right on top of you. Can't have guests come in. They have to park and walk in. Very inconvenient.

We recently purchased an RV (5th wheel) and Bay Aire was our first foray into camping since our early pop-up days. We were there for a week. Our experience was beyond wonderful. The staff was very friendly, and so willing to share their experience with a couple of newbies. We were escorted back so we could make the turns safely and helped into our slot by experienced and patient eyes. They were a font of information about the systems on our rig. Our fondness for the staff was exceeded only by the residents. What a friendly bunch! We were included in the camp activities from the start, and found ourselves at an ice cream social, movie night, bingo, pool time, morning cinnamon buns, a Quilts of Valor ceremony for veterans, and an awesome block party as a send off for those shortly to be heading back north. Thanks everyone! We're pleasantly exhausted. See you again soon.

We were disappointed in this park. The sites are so ridiculously close together, so much so that there is barely room for a chair without touching your neighbours slide out. No picnic table - no room for one. They advertise free high speed wifi, but don’t believe it. The free wifi is useless and they charge $5 a day to upgrade to premium, which also doesn’t work well. The park is nicely located, close to Dunedin, and there are some nice restaurants around, but we wouldn’t return. In our six month journey throughout Easter and southern states, this was our least favourite stop.

Really had a lovely stay at Bay Aire. My dogs were spoiled by all of our neighbors and there were many fellow dog owners there. The management team are all wonderfully genuine people, very kind, and we’re always efficient with any needs that I had. You will leave there feeling like family with everyone. I highly recommend Bay Aire for short and longer term rv stays.
