Battleground Fitness is a 5 star Gym with Fitness coaches/ trainers that bring you results and guide you along your fitness journey… The other members in the gym keep you motivated and accountable. In love with this gym! I can’t say enough good things about Battleground, from the trainers and the workouts to the members who have become family. I used to lack the motivation to workout and as a result never had any success in reaching my goals. Since joining Battleground Fitness I finally look forward to working out and am in the best shape of my life. The trainers (Reba, Stephen and Becky) give you that motivation and push and have so much knowledge that they make the workouts both challenging to your level and safe for everyone.
