Battle Mountain Brewing Company - American restaurant in Castle Rock - 330 Third St, USA

Went here on a Saturday after work on the recommendation of a friend. Very cool place with friendly staff. The food we ordered was quite tasty as was the beers. They let you taste them first to see which one you like. Good selection of brews that they brew. My favorite was the brown ale, but there's a good selection. I'm a bourbon guy, so I wish they had a better selection of bourbon, but over all its a nice place. They have an outside patio with games on it to keep you occupied. Will be going back with friends and hopefully catch some of their live music . Would I recommend you give them a try? Wholeheartedly I would.

The beer itself was okay not great. Would not be someplace I went back to for another round. Bartender was nice enough and attentive but was eating at the bar and serving people while still eating. Just a dull vibe over all. Beef tacos look great but were greasy and lacking of flavor. They had the basic flavor of smoke but that was it. Chips and salsa were fine. Positive things are the venue is a super cool space. Apparently the wings are really good. Heard a few people say that. However, overall the place was just lacking.

Great beer and food! Our server was nice and attentive. The atmosphere was just too loud for me, but I'll be back! The patio and outside space looks like a great place to hang in the warmer months!

The beer and the food were good but it seemed like the rules changed from time to time. On my first trip there I brought my dogs and dogs were already in the tent area, which we sat at. The second time I went I was told I had to sit outside and dogs weren't allowed in the tented area. The first time there I got fries as my side, the second time I was told fries are only an appetizer which was $7 and couldnt be a side. So first time there I loved it, not so much the second time.

Came in with my little one(3 year old) to wait out some thunderstorms that we’re gonna roll in. The location is amazing. The service is amazing. The Beer is phenomenal. Jake was our server and that guy is legit. Will be definitely making it my weekly spot to come in and play trivia.

Great place with tons of beer choices. A full bar and food menu also is a plus. Super friendly staff is a huge bonus. Enjoyed my visit!

Trivia on Thursday, we love their buffalo chicken dip. Beer is good, tacos are amazing! Wife enjoys the green tea shot.

Came to the Backyard downtown Castle Rock and the IPA/Porter/Stout/Pilsner/Sour beers are amazing-too many to list here. Many appetizers and main menu BBQ theme items. Corbin, Danny and Christian are awesome.
