This little produce place is great! Got a nice butcher shop inside too! Wonderful selection. Plenty of yummy stuff to choose from as well.
We like stopping by the butcher counter at the BG Produce for steaks and marinaded chicken fajita mix. My husband brings home surprise flower bouquets and likes the fresh fruit choices.
A special GEM. Best local produce selection around, meats are exceptional, gourmet snacks/dips/spices/marinades/canned vegetables. Great beer and wine selection as well. So much more to discover as well. You can even grab a microbrew on tap if you want as they rotate continuously. You get what you pay for, Excellent Quality!
Twice now, all types of lettuce was browning and wilted. Tomato varieties are soft with gnats flying around the nasty ones. I'll pay bigger prices for quality, and it's not here anymore
Always the nicest staff, they have all the little random things I forget when I'm in town!! I cannot stress enough just how incredible the owner is also. He never stops, running the store, working the store, he's a realtor- and damn good at it I may say!! If I could hire him I would in a heart beat!! Al & Ernie's was a legacy but this place is gonna be remembered as well if he stays!! Thanks for saving me on more than a few dozen occasions!!
This place is the best for fresh produce, cuts of meat, and salsa. They also have one of the best cider selections in town. And good wines. Customer service is always great. We go out of our way to shop here.
