I've bought 5 laptops from Batch Technologies-The Laptop Expert over the last few years. All 5 laptops have been nice, high quality business grade machines. Mike and I go way back when he used to do just "The Laptop Expert" business. I have purchased several different laptops from him in the past and all have exceeded my expectations! They are impeccably clean and all come not only with the latest operating system, but all the windows updates are done as well. In fact, I'm typing this on my ThinkPad laptop that is so sturdy that it has fell on the floor several times and has not had so much as a scratch. I have also referred several friends from CrossPoint Church to him and they say the exact same thing. Now Mike has opened up his own shop and I cannot be more excited for him! He is pure gold, and I'm sure his new brick and mortar location will do very well! I look forward to a long, continuing business relationship.
I've been doing business with them for years. My laptop, my wife's laptop, upgrades, etc. Recently got a basic refurbished Dell desktop for my 90+ year old mother. Retired her Windows XP machine for the new one. She's thrilled. Great guy, great product, great service. No issues. No drama. Highly recommend.
