Just perfect! We came without reservations and sweet lady accommodated us in a perfect spot. Attention and food was delicious and menu options very good. Bottle of wine excellent price and service. Good preparation was outstanding. Thank you very much for a great dinner experience.
Price to quality is obsurd, had better tasting and properly cooked food at Perkins. Everything was either over or undercooked. Fish was fishy tasting and hard. Found a gum wrapper in the soup and couldn't even comp it for the measly $8. Ended up with food poisoning, what a joke. Would not recommend just wasn't worth it.
I always make it a point to stop in here for a meal when I travel for work. Great environment. Friendly staff (who remembers you btw). Awesome food. I usually have their red sangria which is amazing.
Went here because it was recommended. However, I was not a big fan. I ordered Shrimp 390 with angel hair pasta. The plate looked very big but most of it was pasta and half of my pasta was uncooked and clumped together. Service was good and the atmosphere is nice. The calamari was pretty good and the salad dressing on the house salad was good as well. I really wanted to give it a shot but all I could think about was how much better Kay’s is. For $125 I really wasn’t satisfied with my meal and I wish I would’ve been because it is a nice place to sit down and eat but the food was disappointing.
OMG!! That pretty much sums it up. The food here is outstanding!! ,5star quality at 3star prices. Try the cheese polenta, it's to die for. Everything we ate was so delicious, we wish we had a restaurant like this near home!
My wife and I come here often and the other day we celebrated our 10 year anniversary. Our waitress Samantha was awesome as always and the food was delicious! Bruce is awesome in the kitchen! 10/10. We love basso and we’ll definitely be back!
Overwhelmingly impressed by the quality of the food. Every part of the meal was authentic Italian cuisine and absolutely delicious. We ordered a Caesar salad which was perfect, linguini white clam sauce & tortellini with vodka sauce. The vodka sauce was incredible. This is by far the best Italian restaurant in the Poconos and surrounding areas. Comparable to a New Jersey or New York Italian restaurant, if not better. We will be coming back soon!
While out of town for work, I stopped in this restaurant. I parked in the restaurant lot. I walked in and sat at the bar. Valerie was my bartender. I started with the limoncello martini and didn't care for it, so I switched to the espresso martini, which was tasty. For my appetizer, I got the stuffed clams, and they were ok. For dinner, I got the swordfish special with potatoes and spinach, and that too was just ok. The bill was affordable, and I had an ok experience.
It looks like a simple place, but it's anything but. The chicken francaise was the best chicken with pasta dish I ever had. Even their salad was well-presented, and the housemade ranch dressing was just as yummy as the waitress suggested. The French
A lovely trail that made me feel like i was getting lost in the woods without actually being lost. The first half runs along side railroad tracks, and you know you're getting close to the stream as the ground starts getting soft. Very quiet and still
When deciding which hotel we wanted to stay at , I called Crescent Lodge and spoke to Barbara she answered my questions and thatâs what made me feel comfortable with my choice to stay at their hotel. We enjoyed our stay and it definitely served o
I have been coming here for close to 30 years. We now drive 45 minutes to come and enjoy great food and have our now grandkids play in the same play area their parents did. Lots of great memories here.
