Baskin-Robbins - Ice cream shop in Tucson - 7555 N La Cholla Blvd, USA

I went in to order two scoops of the 'cup of cocoa' on a sugar cone because I was driving, and a cone is easy to drive with. She scooped it out with a soaking wet scoop onto the cone while I'm watching the milky water run out of the scoop and down the cie cream, then dumped it in a cup, stabbed a spoon in it, and handed it to me. It looks really freaking gross, and she didn't even offer a refund when I said it was gross and I didn't want it. She said the ice cream was soft and just handed back to me with a qhatever attitude. Really horrible experience, and I'm really disappointed. $7 for bad customer service and a cup of mushy wet sadness with a cone and spoon on top.

We used to frequent this location often for a special ice cream treat. Not anymore. This place is so filthy. There are literally bug and/mouse traps in the dining area. We saw at least 4 bugs crawling in the dining area. The bathroom is disgusting and unusable. The light doesn’t work, urine on the floor and on the toilet. Several of the ice creams were too soft, suggesting they have not been kept at proper temperature. The health department should do an inspection on this facility. We will likely not go back again.

I love how much variety there is, the staff was great, and the ice cream tasted delicious. You can order cakes, buy cakes, there is warm desserts, sundaes, and other beverages. There is indoor seating, a flavor of the month, and cake orders.

I was satisfied at how the young man (HS aged) was patient and helped give a few tastes to my 3 1/2 year old grand daughter as it was her first time in an Ice Cream store (Covid child) What I was very disappointed in was the filthy floor. The black grout needs a power scrubber/washer. Additionally, we were there on a Sunday late morning. After a few couples left, a homeless man came in and sat to the side until we left, then approached the young man. I felt bad that we left this young man alone in this situation be we had a 1 and 3 year old to take care of. Owner should provide training for these kids in this situation. Even if they are 16, they are still kids.

I’ve been coming to this location for along time, and I was surprised they have old ice cream on the bottom of their freezer. The ice surrounding the ice cream is dirty and the person serving us had, his one glove on the hand he was using. Hands looked dirty but I think it was polished. Do better management clean up your coolers

Quick service. Good Ice cream. Few spots inside to sit, but not many.

The employees have no service attitude, and they are not cordial either. They are also limited in their answers when I have asked them some questions about contents or flavors. The quality of the ice creams and their freshness is excellent. Great hours too!

We went to this location as a family after my daughter's 5th grade promotion and my son ordered a smoothie. The worker rattled off the flavors and my son didn't understand her so just went with the last choice which was Mango. He took a sip and it was not good at all even my husband made a face. So we took it to the counter still full and he asked for a different flavor. Mind you he has Adhd and ODD so keeping focus is hard. After they made the new smoothie they made us pay for that one too! I was annoyed because from what I understand if you go somewhere and do not like something that obviously tastes awful they will make something else. Am I wrong. We won't be back.
