The people working are nice and don’t skimp on the servings! Good place for scooped ice cream. Lots of flavor options and they can do shakes, sundaes, etc. One scoop Oreo cold brew and one scoop cookie dough is my favorite ice cream combo!

Still the best I’ve cream place in town. I love the quiet atmosphere as well as the wide variety of choices to choose from. My favorite is the chocolate waffle cone which is usually fresh. I enjoy the different size cups and cones to choose from too. The signs on the table are a little dirty and old, but that’s no biggie. I do recommend getting new ones set out though. The workers are nice and I enjoy the location of this establishment as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Almost Too Cute To Cut!!! Lead Master Cake Designer "Teri" at this Memphis Area-(Southaven MS) Baskin-Robbins Always helps me achieve the most beautifully inspired cakes. I consult with her regarding the type of theme I am going for and she listens understands and always provides the most creative and beautiful designs that match my ideas. All I have to do is add my own little creative touch to finish it off. Teri is absolutely the BEST! The cakes whether chocolate or vanilla are always fresh and with so many ice cream choices to select from I am able to play around with the flavors. Needless to say, our family and friends are all to happy to come help us celebrate whatever event is going on in our lives.

I have no idea what happened with the workers but for the past month or two this place has gone down hill! When you walk in, you have to ask the 5 or 6 workers just standing around for them to take your order, then they want to give you looks as of you are bothering them for wanting to get ice-cream. If you don’t want to work then give your position to someone that wants to and appreciates the customers coming in that are helping pay those wages you’re receiving doing nothing. Go to the Horn Lake one if you want great customer service!

We stopped in after trying another spot which was closing at 8pm!?!? This location was extremely busy and they did 3 associates on staff. They were most inundated with ice cream galore. The ice cream prices are definitely on the high end, but what now a days isn't anymore. The flavor selection was decent, though I wish there were more non dairy choices in this 2022 world we live in. I find it primitive to feast on cows milk, but who am I to judge.

I remembered loving this place as a kid, so took my daughter there to let her try it out. The traffic was pretty heavy but the staff seemed to keep up with the flow fairly well. I can see if you don’t pay attention and speak up, you can be left standing there for longer periods of time. They let you sample flavors before deciding on your order which I think is really good. The have a wide variety of different flavors to choose from and options on how you want it served from cones, to cups, to waffle creations, to shakes, they even have ice cream cakes in the freezer with tubs of flavors you can take home. The ice cream itself is creamy with a good distribution of flavor and toppings throughout. So if you order chocolate chip cookie dough, you can be assured there are more than enough huge chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough throughout your scoops. They offer toppings to your hearts content too. Guaranteed to give your sweet tooth a tickle! They even have the cute pink spoons I remember as a kid. The prices are quite reasonable and worth it!

Very nice cake though the writing was a tad hard to read. Being it was for a 6 year old who doesn't read cursive I didn't worry about it. Having a spooky cake for a July birthday - priceless.
