Baskin-Robbins - Ice cream shop in Bothell - 10007 Main St, USA

I made a pick up order for Christmas not knowing they’re closed on the day. However, they called me and made sure the delivery was made on the time I asked for! She came to the store on Christmas just to hand me the cake, and because she did that our family was able to enjoy eating😍

Lots of health code violations, does not follow labor laws with regards to minors. Fires minors for not being able to work school hours, when availability is given. Discriminates agains minor employees. I would not give this business one cent of my money.

This location has always been a last resort when we don’t feel like driving to the Bothell-Everett Hwy one. I’m not sure what they’re talking about their “AC union” currently being broken because I don’t believe it’s worked in many years regardless. The store is always hot and muggy plus ice cream is usually half melted. The staff are a majority high school kids and customer service isn’t the best. Another thing that isn’t the best is apparently their English. What the hell is an AC union? I could understand a typo maybe once but the fact that they say it again is quite hilarious. I don’t think I’ll be visiting during their hours I will just continue driving onto the other location.

Love me some chocolate and cherry ice cream! Staff was really friendly and the price was right.

there was no sign at the front of their location that said there was no parking allowed except for Baskin Robbins. I parked since there were two cars just sitting there when there were zero customers inside. the employee was outside on her phone having a personal conversation which is fine, she then proceeded to tell us to move and park somewhere else and pointed and then went back on the phone. I moved my car and then she told me I couldn’t park there either, at this point she was actually right because on this side of the store there was a sign but the other lot had no sign or restriction notice. I went to move again and she said “can you not see this lot belongs to store?” in a very annoyed and rude tone and then when my mother who was with me asked why there wasn’t a sign she laughed at her and went back to her personal conversation on the phone and went back inside. I had never had such a rude experience and I come to this location all the time. Won’t be coming back. down below is a photo of the lot that had no sign or notice telling anyone that this is a private lot. I didn’t mind moving it was the fact that she was so rude and disrespectful. This happened 10/26/2021 at 1 pm. Also this shows a non customer parked in the same spot i was initially parked at but apparently it wasn’t a problem if he did it. Only if I did.

This location is tucked away and brings back great memories. I recently brought my kids, and Amber was so kind, patient and good to my kids while they debated between all the flavors. We will be back many more times this summer!

Ice cream was alright, staff were super friendly. Main issue was there was no AC at this location. Feels odd for an ice cream place to have no air conditioning. Almost seemed like the ice cream was melting way too fast and we hadn't even left yet.

A great for our son after graduating pre preschool - good ice cream and reasonably priced. No root beer ice cream though - miss that...
