Emily is awesome she is so nice and friendly, excellent customer service from her part, she put a smile on my face because of her smile and willingness to provide good service, it’s 12/13/23 and I didn’t get the other girls name that was there also but was also nice, friendly and has a great smile. These should get a raise definitely deserve more than the minimum !!!!!

Me voy a quejar page mucho por 2 helados y están tristes 😔. I feel like every time I get this, a certain employee their serves me ice cream scoops so small. Ive seen other employees scoop at least 2 or 3 times but this employee only scoops once and i feel like it's too small. I prefer other employees now to scoop my ice cream other than her

closing door on customer at 9:52pm when closing time says 10pm on Fridays. i told employee its not 10pm yet he didn't answer and told me to "get the **** out" on my face. will be reporting to franchise. should have my phone out and recorded it to people to know.....

We love Baskin in Madera, very clean and friendly service. We love Fia she always takes care of us:-) We look forward to seeing her whenever we go in.

I ordered a cake for my dads birthday on Weds, scheduled a pick up after 8pm on Saturday. Went to pick up the cake and it was never made. I asked if it could be ready by 10am the following day and was told no. I NEVER received a call saying my cake order needed to be cancelled. I verified my phone number on the order and they had my correct phone number written. Apparently they couldn’t make my pre ordered cake due to a power outage, and the girl said her manager called me, which she did not call. Very dissapointed in their customer service, and my girls were sad that the cake they picked out for their grandpa was never made.

I called Wednesday evening to order birthday cake by Friday. I thoroughly described the details on what I wanted on the cake after being asked what I want written on the cake and did not receive, therefore I am disappointed for the extra charge.

Oh man, where can I start? This store has just gone downhill, the fact that they're constantly changing personnel says a lot. We have been coming here for a long time but lately customer service has simply gotten worse. It's probably time to try other ice cream places. Too bad I can't give zero stars!!

They are so friendly and welcoming but when I wanted to start ordering I have noticed they are serving the people and taking the ice cream they’re not wearing gloves I had to step out that is no no in the food industry
