Baskin-Robbins - Ice cream shop in Cookeville - 1265 Interstate Dr, USA

Came in for after dinner dessert at 9:45. My mom and I were excited for cappuccino blast only to be told they couldn’t use the blenders anymore for the night because they close at 10. Put a sign up that says you can’t use a blender after a certain time if that’s the case. My eight year old sampled two ice creams and ordered a cone and I ordered my two other littles a cone. Then I asked for a coffee cone and was told they already covered it. Okay, why are you covering ice creams while we are still ordering?! So I left with three cones for 6 people. It was so disappointing. I was tempted to just drop the three cones and leave. They locked the doors promptly at 10 pm.

The cleanest Baskin Robbins I've ever been to. A very modern feel, I love the way the floors look in here. They have a wide selection of flavors, cakes, and treats. The staff was all very friendly and patient, as I take a while deciding what flavor I'd like. Gift cards here make excellent presents.

I love Baskin-Robbins. For as long as I can remember, I have gotten mint chocolate chip ice cream from there. I'm old enough that I'm on the 3rd location in Cookeville, but we won't dwell on that, lol. Through the years, the service and quality has remained the same. They have a wide variety of products, not just ice cream, so even if you don't just want a basic ice cream cone like I do, there's something for everyone! Five 🌟s from me!

1st time at a Baskin Robbins ever. The best ice cream by far. Not super sweet great verity. The young man that waited on my family was so polite. Got everything in our order correct. Nice to see young people take pride in their work. I can't remember his name however he had dark curly hair & a beautiful cross necklace that I just had to comment on. So wonderful to see he's permitted to wear it without being punished for it in the work place. I definitely will be back. Great service makes everything good.

Just went to the new location. It is so nice. I like the outside tables and chairs. Also I saw they have popcicles. That's nice for those who can't eat dairy.

IF I COULD GIVE A 6 star I would!!! I have an Aunt and uncle who live in Cookeville, I’m from Wa state. Every time I visit since 2018 we go at least once and get ice cream from here. My first visit in 2018 I had a met an employee, Tyler. His genuine smile, love for his job and knowledge of the product, all made him in my experience, there memorable. Every time I go back in, he’s there and remembers me, greets me with his contagious Smile that lights up the room. Fast forward to 2023 and he was working when we went in on January 24. We were happy to see one another on my annual trip and began talking. After about 4-5 min of chatting and then sampling some flavors Tyler humbly told me he had become THE OWNER of that store! I was so excited for him,!! He the youngest franchisee in the history of Baskin and Robbins. The manager was working as well, and she was a delight. As we talked, she told me that he not only was a great worker there and owner, but also equally amazing employer she was actually the one who trained him. If you are in Cookeville I highly recommend going in and getting ice cream not just because it’s some of the best COOKSVILLE has to offer but to support my friend Tyler and his endeavor in becoming the owner to several stores and making Baskin and Robbins not only my favorite ice cream stop while visiting but yours as well!!

I visit this Baskin Robbins often and Aspen and the rest of the crew are always amazing. They know exactly what I want when I walk in the door and always ask me how my day. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a quick and fast snack to visit this establishment. They will quickly get to know you and make your day every visit. :)

I went to Baskin Robbins last night around 6-7pm for the first time and it went well overall. There were two boys working when we first entered, one with long, dirty blondish hair pulled back, and one with shorter brown hair and glasses. The shorter haired boy greeted us and asked if we had any questions, and we said we were not quite ready to ask/order yet and just wanted to look around. We asked for a sample from the shorter-haired boy and then they both stood back and whispered quietly. Both boys then did not speak to us for the remaining time we were there. The other boy didn’t speak or look our way the entire time nearly. I think it’s odd that they are in a customer service/hospitality related position at Baskin-Robbins yet didn’t speak to us or try to make it easier. Their demeanor was not necessarily unfriendly but it was not welcoming. It made me feel awkward about asking questions, so at first I did not want to. I think they may need more training/practice but they didn’t appear to be nervous, it just came across as though they did not care about much besides the bare minimum requirements to serving a guest. Then the shift leader came out from the back and was a delight! She was a shorter woman with brown hair and glasses. She was joyful, warm, and made me feel open and secure. She was very friendly and offered us samples, and welcomed questions. She also double checked for confirmation before beginning any part of our order. I appreciate her kindness and it resolved my initial experience with the other two employees. (The other two employees didn’t necessarily do a bad or awful job, but for this being my first experience they have a lot to learn and I would not have been eager to come back based off the initial impression.) This girl came in and completely turned it around with a smile on her face, and it makes me happy to support businesses whose employees care about their customers as much as they do. She takes pride in what she does and also supplied us with more information for the future to come visit again (which we will!) She hit all the marks. 🙌🏽⭐️
