This Company has done great work in the past but their customer service rates up there with the worst in the business. Very unfriendly and unacommodating. So much that I had to leave a review. Jackie,one of the owners, forgot who the customer is. I have been in General Contracting almost 25 years and have not met many "owners" as rude as her. I'll be looking elswhere for my septic systems.

This company is awesome I had my septic system Done by a horrible company (Sunset septic) that dodged my phone calls when my yard started to settle to the point that my workshop was sinking and large holes in my yard. This company was working across the street and was able to drop me off a couple Buckets of dirt for free. If you are checking around this company is number 1. THANK YOU BASIC DRILLING.

I don't remember when I've had such an unprofessional experience with a contractor. I've been in the construction business for 45 years and company's Basic this give the rest of us a bad name. They don't honor the quote, they held us up for weeks with almost no response and then decided that they all of a sudden weren't going to continue with my project. I guess I should be glad, because I wouldn't want anything further to do with them anyways. I only gave them one star so that I could post this message. They didn't even earn that

We had a project that initially was done to to poor standards/expectations. Basic Drilling owner and crew addressed the problem with the proper equipment and professional knowledge completed the project. Respectful and professional is what we experienced from everyone at Basic Drilling. Highly recommend.

Had a very good experience with this company . Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. Daniel was great . He answered all my questions and was good about returning phone calls. The guys who worked the heavy equipment on site were very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.

When you call staff is rude and seemed bothered. Was working with them and needed various pieces of information from an original inatall and permit submissions for pool. Don't ask questions because they think you should know all of the answers just because you have a septic tank. They also want to be paid up front without doing any work. When asked why, they gave me ...we have been in business...story. Don't waste your time because they only feel like you are wasting theirs. Stay clear!!

I requested a quote from this company and told them my deadline was the end of the week to complete the project. I sent them some Septic drawings for the property. I also gave them the contact information for Jim Widger, the Engineer and the person who knows the scope of the project and I gave them the contact information to Bill, the Engineer at the MCESD. The Secretary /Treasurer of Basic Drilling responded requesting an authorization to construct letter, a MCESD Permit file, and an letter of Authorization signed by owner in order to proceed. So due to the short timeline, I requested that Jacqueline, the Secretary /Treasurer, please just give me a quote so I know if I should send over all of that information. She then responded : We have no idea what we are quoting....or what was done before on the site. So again, due to the short timeline that I was on, I decided to call and give Mark, the director, all the information they need in order to at least get a quote. And this is where the customer service really went bad and I felt that they did not care about my urgency and just got plain rude. Jaqueline refused to get Mark on the phone line. She insisted that she only take a message and she told me that Mark is busy and he probably wont return my phone call today, but it will be more likely on Monday. I thought that was rude and not courteous because she knows I wanted to see if I could get this project done by the end of the week. She should have told me yesterday with my initial email that it is not possible to even quote me by the end of the week much less get the project done. She wasted my time and made all the comments on their website about their success of their business continuing on with a strong work ethic and integrity an obvious joke.
