Bashas' - Grocery store in Tucson - 3275 N Swan Rd, USA

So disappointed with their bakery. Completely got our order incorrect and paid quite a bit to present this cake to a very disappointed expectant mother for her baby shower. They spelled the baby’s name wrong, did not include the middle layer of strawberries we ordered, and over all the cake looked sloppy. This was suppose to be a Bluey themed cake and have blue and orange paw prints on top and say “This episode is called Baby Matthew” but as you can see, it looked a mess and was misspelled. Paid almost $50 for this! Sadly my husband felt he had no choice but to take this shabby looking cake because the baby shower was about to start but when the expectant mother cut into it and found it didn’t even include the layer of strawberries we ordered, she was so sad. We went out of our way to order at this bakery as we had many good experiences here before the pandemic but it seems to have changed in recent years.

It's a pretty great store. Just check expiration dates on everything. Workers are usually cool. And you can pay with your smartphone or smartwatch wirelessly. There's also Food City & AJ's Fine Foods which are the same company. If you buy Danzeisen milk, you can get a refund for the glass bottles at the store. It's pronounced bash-iz. There's also a Starbucks inside and a seating area & tables by the deli, and also outside. Thanks Bashas'. 👍🏻

Just wanted to leave a review on Bashas AMAZINGLY fresh sushi selection! Holy cow, I was not anticipating it to be that good the first time I bought it. Even better than Fry’s sushi and just as good as restaurant sushi. Definitely have to try this out if you’re a sushi fan. Great prices, too.

What a great store!, I didn't know what to expect and thought maybe like aldi's? Surprise! Noted: first impressed with the extra space provided between parking spaces. Friendly, helpful staff, clean store, great variety, selection, and price.

Very clean store...deli is awesome and the employees are very helpful... I noticed the cool new items in the front of the store (although I haven't been in this store in a while so they may not be so new).

Went there specifically to get this deal they had on 12 packs of Coke. The cashier was rushing me like I was taking to much to long because I had to sign up for a bashas card through my phone. Most places do it for your at least show you instead of staring at you with an impatient look. She didn't thank me for shopping there or anything. There was only 1 person behind me and several other lanes open the store was really slow but she was rushing me.

The employees are completely oblivious. I stood at self check out for five minutes before I had to ask for help. I could have easily walked out. The frantic woman that did help me just scanned her card and walked away, didn’t check that what she was doing was what I needed and walked away without saying a word.

I'm from out of state just dropped in to purchase soup for my niece, who's hospitalized unknown to the cashier she asked for Bashas card. I told her I didn't have one, and said that's OK, typed in a number, and gave me a discount. What a blessing the kindness of others I know now when I'm in Tucson again, most certainly will do my shopping at Bashas. Thank you and your excellent service.
