Basement at the Lakes - Sports bar in Akron - 3420 Manchester Rd, USA

We had a wonderful experience! Delicious food and very kind/attentive servers. We really enjoyed the sliders and Gyro Philly. There was such a wide selection of apps, and we particularly loved the sweet potato fries. Fried pickles were a first, but very yummy!

It was pretty ok for a Monday afternoon, and the server was very nice. However, the wings were dry, and the buffalo sauce was a puddle of buttery grease and hardly any flavor. The bathroom was disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Last night, my family and I came here for dinner. Our server, Casey, was just amazing. Best server we ever had going there. Keep up the good work girl!!! :)

If you could even get the bartenders attention, good luck. She was either focused on one half of the bar or on her phone. Either add another bartender or have a manager present. I work in a restaurant and this would never be acceptable. Waiting forever for drinks and food from an incompetent bartender. Try harder

Asked for buffalo chicken nacho. Wanted buffalo sauce on top and barely put any on it. Plus the chicken was cold. Should of compet my meal. Very disappointed in the service and shouldn't of took an hour for food when nothing was done about it.

The basement at the lakes is the place to be, on game day, or any day! My favorite local bar. Food is amazing, beer is always cold,and the service is always great!
