Dirty. Disgusting. I was asked to clean my own room. Bathrooms are shared. Roaches take over the building at night, I kid you not, you practically have to fight for your sheets come dusk. Staff was completely inappropriate and I was told by staff that weed was welcomed but then the place was raided during my stay. I was put up here by the city of LA via their housing voucher...couldn't have been funnier if I was told it was a joke.
Bathrooms wer covered in piss, they used screwdrivers to open doors because people "steal theyr keys", the land lord claimed they didnt have bug problems when i asked, big surprise, room was INFESTED with roaches. i had to remove a painting from the wall because they wer nested in the frame. my first night staying there i couldnt sleep because subconsciously i felt insects crawling on me, sure enough i woke up to a bed bug on my face. DONT STAY HERE!
My first night here was pretty chill ,I met a wonderful women name Julie and she was very polite and kind to me,really helpful but will not put up will any trouble some behavior so if any complaints they will be promptly addressed,Overall pleasant experience
When i first got here i thought it was hell. Then they fumigated the rooms and a friend of mines stayes there and she said was alot better. I personally would like to see her do better.
I hate to say Barton has been clean an it's been quite an it looks a lot better then it ever been way to go new manger keep up the good work your doing great
The manager is a prick, constantly accusing me and my roommate of "being sneaky", walks down the hall yelling all day, he even threatens us saying that if he catches us doing anything wrong he's gonna give a "green light" on us.
