Two beautifully connected guest rooms provide a comfortable and very convenient living situation in this historic Queen Anne home. Each room has a private bath, cable TV, wireless internet, sitting area and queen bed. Each suite has a microwave and small refrigerator. Tenants will have use of the entire first floor, including main kitchen, dining room, parlor, TV room, sunroom, library, outside porches and yard-both front and back. Lots of space and privacy, you need to see it to appreciate.
My sister and I stayed at the Barrister in the Barrister Suite for two nights, July 22 and 23. This was the perfect location and loved the relaxed atmosphere and the old Victorian home made us feel so special. The dining room is elegant and the breakfasts were nothing out of the ordinary. Nick told lots of stories at breakfast and certainly made us feel like family. He steered us to some great restaurants that were all within walking distance. Beth also made us feel so at home and comfy. Would definitely stay here again.
We loved the Barrister Bed & Breakfast! Our room was perfect. Clean, calm and very comfortable. Nick and Beth are amazing hosts. The house is historic and offers large common areas. We also loved the amazing breakfast. The only bad thing was that we stayed there for only 1 night. We would definitely stay there again!
Great 1 night stay! My husband and I stayed at the Barrister B&B on 8/28 while traveling from Glacier NP to Yellowstone. We picked a good one! We stayed in the Morning Room which was adorable and comfortable. The property is in a great location and we enjoyed walking to the downtown area with many shops and restaurants. We loved the breakfast - yummy! (thank you, Chris) and mostly enjoyed meeting Nick, Mary and Beth. We are so glad we chose this property and will definitely stay again if in the area.

My husband and I stayed here one night before our retreat at Feathered Pipe Ranch and 2 nights afterwards.
We felt welcomed and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Nick, the owner, was over-the-top accommodating. Nick helped us get the best out of our experience at his B&B as well as the town of Helena.
The B&B is in a great location and we were able to walk to downtown sights and events. Overall our stay was amazing, due to Nick and his staff.
Beautiful B &B in a beautiful Victorian home. Our host Nick was so welcoming. All of the staff here were super friendly and helpful. The house is gorgeous. They even welcomed us with wine and hors d’oeuvres at 5:30. Breakfast was delicious- we wished we could have stayed longer!
Oh my! What a gem for Helena! Beautiful home, immaculate renovations and restorations. Nick, the owner, did a fantastic job. Tons of character! Beth and the other female were just as wonderful. This sets the bar for all B&B's! Breakfast this morning was just amazing! Close to an expensive restaurant in a big city. Nick spent time showing us around, and even chatted with us during breakfast. You can see the three of them are so proud of the home, it beams from them at all times. Great location, close to everything, and views are amazing. Thank you, we WILL be back.
We stayed 3 nights and we liked it very much. Nick is a nice and helpful host, breakfast was excellent and the rooms unique. It is in walking distance to downtown Helena and a real good place for tours to the gates of the mountains or hiking trails like the Trout Canyon. We would always come back!
The Barrister is a beautiful, warm and comfortable place to enjoy Helena. Every room has its own charm and elegance. We ran into some troubled weather on our way from Portland and Beth was so flexible about our arrival time. We very much enjoyed our time chatting with our host, Nick, learning about the history of the Barrister. Definitely a place to return to. Thank you!
