Barre is incredibly fun and the instructors here are the icing on the cake. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I get excited to come here and “hang out”. I have been to many group classes and gyms, and I’ve never been treated so well as I have at the Barre Collective.

Love this studio! Amanda is so kind and accommodating! She clearly cares about the people that she serves. I’m super grateful for her and the other instructors. Every instructor is so different but all are amazing!

For a variety of reasons, I would not recommend getting any sort of membership through this studio. I had purchased a year membership on a Black Friday promotion when it was still Barre District and the week after, it came under ownership of Amanda (Shame on the owners for running such promotion, knowing it was going to become Barre Collective the very next week). Because the loss of majority of the instructors, Amanda started instructing classes; although she had never gone through the proper training (which is VERY evident, might I add). I powered through even with the loss of my favorite instructors and class times. I didn't think my membership experience could go any further south until Amanda decided to move to South Milwaukee, making it impossible for me to make the limited classes they had available. When I reached out to hopefully get my membership refunded, she was unprofessional and un-empathetic to the fact that I could not make this new location work and said she would only refund me a partial refund of $250. Amanda owes me $700. I would advise against going to this studio, for she may take advantage of you like she has so many other people. I am severely disappointed in the experience I have had at this studio and will NEVER recommend anyone to spend their time or money there.

Love these instructors!! Classes are great, time flies by. And I love the 45 minute work out format, makes it very easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Basically, this place is amazing. From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcome. The entire staff is amazing. They are motivating and encouraging without being intimidating. The class is intense but the low impact workout paired with a full body stretch leaves you feel like you left the spa (you will be sore the next day though). The entire community of Barre District instructors and members are not just a part of my workout routine, they have become a part of my life. Become a Barre Bestie today!

Barre District is such an amazing studio to come to and get a great workout in!! I have been going since the grand opening in July, and I haven’t felt this strong in my whole life!! Every single one of the staff is super friendly and motivating. Usually going to a gym feels intimidating at first, Barre District has never felt that way to me. Every shape, size, age and ability works out daily and inspires each other. Barre District has become my ‘Place’ and I hope everyone gives it a try!!💜

This place is amazing. I've never liked working out, until I tried Barre, and I tried out a few places, but Barre District is my favorite! The pricing is competitive, the class schedule app is super easy to use, the classes & instructors are fun, and everyone is supportive of one another. Various occasional (voluntary) events and competitions also provide extra personal challenges and motivation.

I can't say enough about the studio and instructors. I attended some classes late 2016 and really enjoyed it. I recently fell into a bit of a workout slump and decided to give barre another go. The class structure and use of stretching is what helps me. I prefer organized workouts. I've been doing the classes for about 6 weeks now and have noticed quite a difference in how I'm feeling and how my body is transforming. I highly recommend!
