Very clean and comfortable! I enjoyed the hot co-co and lemon cake at the Starbucks inside! I also sat down and read the book I bought, "Your Guide to Not Getting Murdered in a Quaint English Village", very funny.
Love this bookstore. Staff is very helpful. Wife and I make it a yearly tradition to go here right before New Year's to pick her up a new moleskin yearly planner and have a mint mocha at the Starbucks.
Barnes and Noble is one of the last standing physical bookstores left - and every time I come here I’m reminded how much I love a great bookstore. The Starbucks Cafe nestled inside has a full menu and 10 or so tables to sit down and read and have a cup of tea or coffee and a snack. The kids section is amazing - full of learning and educational materials. It’s heartwarming to see kids reading and learning - hands on. The store is artfully decorated. Posters hang high on the tall ceilings and are beautiful. All in all this is a wonderful bookstore and the smell of new books is awesome.
Clean love the Starbucks but they didn’t have my Frappuccino there only have it at the regular Starbucks. Store was good lots of people after Xmas shopping. Restrooms were clean.
Clean and organized. I love the layout here. It's easy to find everything. I find that this location has more of a selection than others. It especially has a larger clearance section. The customer service at the Starbucks cafe was great and our drinks were made correctly and tasted great.
Had the most Racist interaction in this store. Never shopping at this location ever. People are so rude, have no common sense, & attitude is not welcoming.
They have a lot of books. Great stop for a gift as they have other gift ideas as well. Layout is a bit confusing but the customer service is helpful.
