We Stopped by for a quick drink and app. The pretzel was basic, but the cheese was good. The kettle chips were a little too salty and just ok (nothing I’d probably order again). I’m not fond of beer, so I asked what fruity cocktails they have. I got the Bandersnatch. It wasn’t fruity at all, but it was ok. They have an outdoor patio upstairs and seating outside downstairs. Lots of beer selections and excellent service. We would give them another drive (with different cocktail and food options)
This is a nice place to visit with a nice vibe. The rooftop has a nice setup and you can see the street below. This place is pet friendly. We had a group gathering so the food was bulk prepared. There were chicken sandwiches, mini cheesesteak sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches, and some sautéed Brussel sprouts. The cocktails were pretty decent although a little on the sweet side. The bartender was nice and pretty fast for it being busy. We will have to come back to get the full experience. The Barleygarden is definitely worth a visit.
We decided to check this out for lunch. It was good and the service was also good. Great selection of beer!! We have the patty melt with fries and an order of Korean wings. The patty melt was good, just what we expected. The fries and awesome because they are fresh. I enjoyed the wings and my wife thought they were a little spicy, but she did enjoy them. Food: 4 out of 5 Beer selection: 5 out of 5 Atmosphere: 4 out of 5 Service: 4 out of five
This is a good place to grab a drink before or after dinner. The beer selection is broad and has some creative options on it. The atmosphere is friendly and casual. The service was a little slow and inattentive but was at least friendly and was able to answer some questions about the offerings. I didn't try any of the food since we had reservations at a nearby spot. The menu had some basic options on it, and the plates that I saw coming out of the kitchen looked decent. The place is worth a shot if you are in the area and looking for a beverage.
I don’t know if they changed their food or what. Their menu is definitely different. Been coming here for a few years and was really disappointed this last time. Pretzel was not nearly as good as I remember it being. The burger was an absolute joke for being $13 (with fries extra) and definitely not the same. Really unfortunate as I used to come here for food and a beer. I still like their beer selection but I’m gonna have to start eating elsewhere.
I came from out of town and would definitely stop by here at least 3 or 4 times a month for some drinks and a good conversation at the bar. Chris and the team were great at taking care of me, and mixing me some drinks. Good recommendation on my Butcher's Butcher's sandwich. A bit understaffed (as all restaurants are right now) so be a bit patient if you aren't helped immediately. They don't have enough people for the upstairs bar except on weekends right now. Definitely a spot to try out
The food and drinks were good. But the services I received that day was horrible. Two of the employees looked right at me and never helped me. When I was informed to place my own order on the computer in the To-Go line, I was scolded that I was not supposed to be doing that but still no one helped me. I finally saw a sign that said to ring a bell. I did that and got service. Then when it came to pay, I was quoted one price and charged another with no itemized receipt. I’m pretty sure they might be a good restaurant but they had awful costumer service that day.
Fantastic fried green tomatoes! They really hit the spot! If you want a large beer selection, this is the place!

Itâs absolutely amazing place. Ron and Cici are amazing. It feels like, small close knit community. Hope they also open a center close to work in Lawrenceville, GA. They put a welcome note for new joiners & a thank you card which is very touching.
