Barefoot'n Resort - Resort hotel in Kissimmee - 2754 Florida Plaza Blvd, USA

Excellent Resort. 50 steps from Old Town. Food Markets are in the area as well as food places. This resort is tucked away and perfectly placed. Rooms are spacious and perfect for up to 4 people. The full kitchen units are perfect for a family on a budget. We cooked our entire stay, saved lots of $$. Everything is included as far as pots pans plates cups and utensils. If you’re visiting the parks, it’s about a 10 min drive! The location is litterly perfect. Staff is amazing as well. Super helpful and happy to bring more fowls or shower gel. Very fast to take care of any issues too! Edgar was amazing as well as the young lady who helped during sat check out. My only complaint is if your in a full kitchen unit, on the 1st floor, your going to hear all the noise from anyone who is staying above or when hose keeping is cleaning the unit. So if you are a light sleeper or not an early am person, ask for a top unit. You’ll have a kitchenette and no noise from above! Also, the wildlife is a huge plus, we saw deer both days we were here! Other than that this was a flawless stay and we will be back for sure! Thank you to the staff for making it a great stay!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and a half. This is our first time staying here. Very clean rooms with the necessities that you would need and very nice maintaned 9grounds with a pool and playground. We loved it here, very quiet and spacious suites with bedroom, bathroom, living room area with little kitchenette and dinning room table and chairs and a washer and dryer. It is in its own gated area for which we liked the security and felt safe there. It is right across the street from old town and fun spot, Shops and restaurants close by. We will be staying here again for sure next time we visit. And a thank you to Edger who checked us in and out and was very friendly and helpful in answering any questions that we had and made sure we were taking care of.

It is very good cost benefit. Small resort, not crowded. Rooms are nice, good view of the lake, comfortable bed. Nice pool area with jacuzzi. Excellent location, across the street from Old Town, a lot of food options at walking distance. Cons: -Old rooms, need update; broken tiles. -They don’t clean the rooms if you stay less than a week. Could use some cleaning at least every other day. -Service could be better. The attendant who checked us in was not much friendly. -We are a couple and they put us in the first floor. They put a family with small children upstairs and they keep running and screaming. Sometimes it seemed that the ceiling would fall over our heads, so much noise! The noise woke us up 6:30 am, when we just wanted to sleep late. The structure of the building is not sound proof. That is the main reason we are not coming back.

Nice place. Located right next to Old Town. Secure and clean. I was in town for a seminar, so I didn't use any of the amenities, but the 1 bedroom suite was nice and clean and well appointed. Gated secure property was also nice to have. The AC worked very well, too. The only complaint I could come up with (and it's not a big one) is that there is zero counter space - the sink, coffee machine, and toaster take up all the available space.

Started off great, the front desk employee extended our check out to 12pm, room was good until we got to bed. Baby roach was alive and crawling on the sheets. Immediately called the front desk and switched our rooms within 10 minutes. They stated a manager was going to call the next morning. Never received a call. The second room we were in was good, but had a issue with ants in the bathroom and found some dead in the bed again. Day before check out, George from the resort sent a message stating clock out was at 10am. Responded stating we extended check out until Noon when we checked in and the response we received was "Best I can do is 11am". It is only an hour difference so no big deal but after all the bug issues and changing rooms, we were quite annoyed. Day of check out, the front desk person was the same as the day of check in, mentioned the manager never called. She assured me she will tell him again and we will receive a call same day. Never got a call, Never going back. They need to spray all of their rooms and get rid of the carpet.

This was our 2nd time staying here. This time our flight came in late, called to let them know we would be there after 12am. The front desk said they would wait. Made it at 12:19am and there was nobody to check us in. They are supposed to open at 7am, didn’t show up til 9 am. No where to stay for the night . Kinda ruined 1st day there. So if your flight gets delayed you’re outta luck. Other than that it’s a small, quiet property. Good location and clean. Just not happy with the service we received .Won’t be back.

Positive: We booked last minute. I only wish we had had more time to stay here we were on the road again the next day. The room had everything I could have asked for. And everything was clean! Staff was amazing. We will definitely be staying again!

Positive: The Barefoot N Suites were great, but definitely dated. The carpet is disgusting, the couch and chair as well. The rest of the entire unit was immaculate. Location was near everything including old town, Disney and US. All in all great vacation! Negative: The only thing we really didn¿t like about this resort, was the dirty carpets, old, dirty couch and chair. Other than that everything was immaculate, the customer service was incredible and the location was perfect..
