One of my favorites! I have dined at Bardot several times over the years for both brunch and dinner. Each time, food, service, and atmosphere have been perfect. Most recently I had dinner before a Knights game. I had a beef tartare, and shrimp cocktails to start followed by the 8oz fillet, and a Mille Feuille for dessert. Tony at the bar is great company and took care of me. Space is very elegant. I will be back again, and again.
Bardot Brasserie has excellent food and live music. I'm definitely coming back with more friends to share the experience.
Food items:
Caviar Deviled Eggs
French Onion Soup
Macaroni Gratinee
Crisp Herbed Hash Brown
Prime Steak Tartare
Crab & Endive salad
Royale with Cheese and truffle fries
Got a little birthday mud pie (not sure what it was called) as dessert. YUM!
Exceptional in every way. Most satisfying meal we experienced during our stay at the Aria. The ambiance was fitting for an upscale restaurant. Our server was incredibly attentive. The presentation was impeccable. And the food... Oh my, every bite was delicious. It felt like a guilty indulgence that I had no guilt enjoying. Make your reservation ahead of time, you won't be disappointed.
Great French restaurant in Aria Casino. Beautiful space, traditional French fare, and professional service. Went for a date night and had a wonderful time.
First they bring a warm baguette and French butter which is hard not to eat immediately. We got a traditional green salad that was dressed perfectly although I’m not a fan of dill - easy to work around.
For our appetizer we got seared foie gras which was absolutely wonderful. It’s not on the menu so be sure to ask for it!
We got the fillet with duck fat fries. The steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. However, the fries were quite heavy, and not fluffy on the inside.
We also got the flounder fillet, crusted and croissant over a butter and caviar sauce. It was way too buttery. The croissant crust had butter, and the entire fish was swimming in a pool of butter, some of it not even melted. But the fish was cooked well and tasty , once you got past the butter.
Finally, they gave us a free dessert, which was very chocolatey and delicious.
Overall a very elevated experience, if not for the over butter situation would’ve been five stars.
We walked in on a Sunday before we left Vegas. There was no wait, and we were sat quickly. They were pretty busy, and our food came out within a reasonable time. We ordered:
1. Caviar deviled eggs - the presentation was executed well, and these had great flavors. I couldn't pinpoint what seasoning was missing, potentially a little more salt. (4.5/5 🌟)
2. Croissant - Our litmus test for this baked good is how well it compares to European bakeries. This was prepared in Europe quality and delicious. (7/5 🌟)
3. Drip coffee - delicious (5/5 🌟)
4. Quiche - prepared well and great flavors. (4/5 🌟)
5. Hasbrowns - these had a strong fresh herb flavor and great texture. (4/5 🌟)
6. French toast - this was a large portion and heavy, but all components were delicious. (5/5 🌟)
Overall, it's a great brunch spot, but expect to spend big 💰 here.
Amazing reviews and photos. Unfortunately pretty disappointed with our experience. The good part: Booking a reservation was seamless. They had a lot of openings, even after we had to cancel and reschedule same day! Service was a mixed bag. Our waitress was great! They even split our French onion soup for us (friend and I shared!) But it was slow.. we waited quite a while for our main dishes to arrive. It was really busy inside so I can understand why...
As for the food.. there were a few hits and misses. We loved the oysters! Tartare was also good. But our entrees (salmon and short rib) left something to be desired. The overall quality was good but there was a lack of flavor and cohesiveness to the meals. The octopus dish was interesting. We basically got a plate full of beans with pesto sauce.. and the octopus was mixed in this concoction and a little over cooked. We also got dessert and that was pretty decent... overall, not impressed but mostly because it was pretty pricey and we expected better for that price point.
There’s better places to go in Vegas. Classic French brasserie but the service here wasn’t great - it was slow and all the waiters seemed very stressed. The duck waffle was good but the drinks were average, fries were very mid and it felt too dark inside the restaurant for a weekend brunch.
Absolutely fabulous French cuisine! The escargot tasted delicious with French bread. The highlight was the ribeye with fries. The ribeye was super tender and juicy, and the fries with truffles tasted with a special flavor from the special oil made from Foie Gras. The espresso crème Brûlée was also amazing with caramel on top. Very satisfying meal, and the best I have ever had in Vegas!

On our way to the airport, we decided to have breakfast here. There's construction going on at this place but what's good is that the restaurant is fully operating. You get homemade breakfast here. We were greeted and seated by a server who was very
I don't give a lot of five stars, because excellence is so hard to attain. But eat combined really unique, flavorful food with an awesome atmosphere and great service. Chef was friendly and inviting. She's built a nice little restaurant just outside
