Overall a great experience. Service was on point. Our Seafood Paella came out a little bit over cooked but the manager handled it right away by replacing it, and sending out a flight of desserts on the house. Really enjoyable wine list with a lot to choose from. Tapas is a great experience when hanging with friends and this spot was a lot of fun. Would definitely go back and try some more small plates and wine.

Chorizo sausage with sweet & sour figs drizzled in a balsamic reduction?! Insanely good. Come hungry, order the Paella, and find some of the seasonal tapas to share with wine and friends over the next 45min. The standard menu items were solid, but the seasonal stuff was off the charts. Service was on point — host greeted us instantly and sat us with an incomplete party. Servers and busters supported each other and the food came out rapid fire. Definitely remember the brand of wine you ordered not just the style! I’ll be back for sure. Tried to grab some photos but the food went too fast!

This place is awesome for affordable tapas. We tried a bunch of dishes, and they were all tasty, perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous for the price. The Brussels sprouts, patatas bravas, and paella salvaje were the standouts. Although I didn’t have any wine, they have a huge selection. It gets busy, so I suggest making a reservation. Overall, it’s a top-notch spot, and I’m excited to go back.

The charcuterie board was a great starter. I highly recommend Paella Mariscos for dinner (unless you have a seafood allergy). The Olive Oil Cake was the perfect blend of sweet and salty. The ambiance of the place was amazing, too. The service was outstanding. This place is perfect for date night in Denver.

Finally got to check out Barcelona Wine Bar in RiNo on a random (and quiet) Wednesday evening. It's taken us forever to check it out, as they are always on long wait times or sometimes won't have your table ready even at your reservation time. (There's been a couple times where we waited 45 minutes after our reservation time for them to text us our table was ready so we decided to go to Federales/Cart Driver/Super Mega Bien instead) it's also very loud in there, just a heads up. When we sat down, Jacob greeted us and gave us some great suggestions on what was popular there at Barcelona. They got tapas, charcuterie/cheese, also larger plates and desserts too. Very solid wine selection as well. We sent it on the following items below- - Brussel Sprouts - Whipped Sheep's Cheese - Gambas Al Ajillo - Albondigas (Spiced meatballs) - Harissa Chicken Thigh - Jamón & Manchego Croquetas - Roasted Broccolini - Burned Basque Cheesecake - Olive Oil Cake The highlights were definitely the harrisa chicken thigh, gambas al ajillo, and the olive oil cake. I have never had olive oil cake before and wow theirs was off the charts...I'm still thinking about it while writing this review. Will pass on the basque cheesecake and spiced meatballs next time as they left more than to be desired, but I'm looking forward to trying many other items next time in as well. We were very happy with the service by Jacob, also from Mimi the manager on duty that night. She came by and chatted with us a bit and asked how everything was, which we then went over some of our favorites. They were both personable and only added to our great experience there. After wanting to try this spot for actual months now, we can say we have finally did it! The waits here get pretty gnarly, even with reservations. Wednesday night was the best move. Here's what we ordered with ratings: (5 being the best) Brussels sprouts with Calabrian chili - 3/5 - lil salty for me Whipped sheep's cheese- 4/5 - on the sweet side and the cheese is very light Gambas al ajillo - shrimp with olive oil + garlic - 5/5 - the flavor is out of this world, pretty spicy but wonderful! This was our favorite item of the night. Jamon &manchego croquetas - 3.5/5 - the garlic aioli is super good and flavorful Albondigas - 1/5 - so salty, couldn't eat em Harissa chicken - 5/5 - the sauce was so tasty, the flavor was banging on the chicken. This is our second favorite of the night. Broccolini - 3/5 - wish it was cooked longer, it was pretty hard to bite into Olive oil cake - 4/5 - basically tastes like sweet cornbread Our server, Jacob, was amazing and all of his recommendations were spot on delish. The manager, Mimi, stopped by our table before the dessert course to check in and see how things were. The customer service here truly is top tier. They are very accommodating. We will be back soon to try more of the menu!

Absolutely amazing! Definitely going back soon. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They played the music and had a fun atmosphere. The food was outstanding. So delicious. Thanks for going above and beyond for us.

First, the service. When we arrived, we had to wait about 30 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. It was incredibly busy on a Saturday evening, But a bit frustrating that our table was far from ready. It turns out that the hostess had briefly forgotten about us. When we meant to make our presence known again, she apologized profusely and insisted on comping our whole meal. This was incredibly generous, and we did not want to impact her paycheck for an honest mistake, so we insisted to pay. That said, we received multiple hugs, apologies, and a business card. She was the sweetest! The food. There was nothing that we got that wasn't an 8 or above. We went with basically everything the server suggested, which was patatas bravas, whipped sheep's milk cheese, Olives, the shrimp, brussel sprouts, and chicken. The brussel sprouts were top two I've ever had, the chicken was probably the best chicken thigh ever, the sauce was amazing, and The whipped sheep's cheese was a party in my mouth. We've already set reservations for our next visit!
