Wonderful for little kids! Amenities included are big jump pad, park, kid golfing, basketball hoop area, peddle carts and pool! Highly recommend baraboo children's museum nearby. Wonderful location, staff is friendly and loved the activities. Would stay again!
This place needs to go back under management it once was. Not Near enough regulations or Enforced rules in place.
Very Overcrowded, bathrooms and showers were disgusting. Toilets overflowing, toilets loose from the floor, and bathrooms seems poorly maintained and we’re not clean.
Cart rentals are OUT OF CONTROL. Many Underaged kids driving carts the wrong way, at fastest speed possible. Too many people at one camp site. Watched a cart hit a parked vehicle.
This place has gone down hill since new corporation management has taken over. It’s been two years since I have been here last. I feel bad for the the seasonal campers who pay to be here….
BUYER BEWARE!!!
RJourney is CORPORATE owned not family owned.
The prices change daily.
Once you are locked into Rjouney’s daily rate that is your rate if you stay 1 night or 35 nights. They will NOT honor the monthly rate once you are locked into a daily rate.
Example: if you book your stay for 3 nights at $50/night and then decide you need to extend your stay for 1,2 or 3 more weeks or a month they will not honor a weekly or monthly discounted rate. They will charge you $50/night for the duration of your extended stay.
The options for making a reservation are on the website or calling the service center and talking to a commission based sales associate. When I booked our 3 week stay at a Missouri location the prices online were so high I decided to call and verify that was the lowest rate. The commission based sales associate assured me that he was giving me the lowest rate. The price was very high and because of our family and work circumstances we needed a place to stay uninterrupted and booked our 3 week stay for $1700.00. YIKES!! Yes, $1700.00
We needed to extend our stay by a couple of nights and that’s when I discovered it cost $1200 to stay for a month and $1700 to stay for 3 weeks. This price difference was never brought to my attention by the commission based sales associate. I felt like I had been scammed by the commission based sales associate. I expressed my concerns to the RV campground manager and assumed it would be an easy fix. The RV campground manager was very understanding and agreed that the sales transaction was not handled properly and this has been an ongoing concern. She is the campground manager and didn’t have authority to do anything about it. She had to contact her regional manager and to handle the discrepancy. Again- CORPORATE owned not FAMILY owned. The regional manger said she couldn’t do anything about the situation, no explanation of their business policy, nothing- simply I can’t help you. I called the call center and had the same response- there’s nothing we can do. I asked to speak with upper management and was told they don’t talk to customers and I could not have their contact information.
My husband and I are full time RVer’s, this was our first and last experience with RJourney. We will be spending our money elsewhere.
The staff was very kind, courteous, and friendly. Bathrooms were clean, pool was heated. We came with a large group and there was something for everyone in the family to do. The glow cart parade every night was fun fir the kids. Our group had a one group site and a small cabin site. The cabin was adorable had fridge, microwave, air conditioning/heat, small coffee pot, bed. The mattress wasn't a 5 star but it did not ruin our trip.
Will definitely plan another trip and recommend to our friends.
Golf cart karaoke crew!
Very nice campsite the beach was great pool was great, I was sad that the adult pedal carts didn't come out but that didn't matter to my kids. The staff was first rate and I was very impressed with my first visit. I will make the 3 hour drive again to come stay.
This RV resort was easy to find with maps. Therelooled to be a very good amount of activities for kids. They have a small sectioned off as a pet park too! Sites are decent size and well maintained. There are plenty of trees for shade. Your fire ring may be in a bit of an odd place, and you can not move it. Also, there is pay-for wifi. The store / cafeteria is well air conditioned, and nicely laid out. The pool is small but clean with lots of seating. There were lots of fun ice cream flavors available. Would love to come back and rent a small cabin .
This was the best place! My children had the best time ever. We go there every year now, and the new staff is incredibly nice. The lake could use a little work but over all this is an awesome place. That bounce pillow was one of the best things there, and the nature trails are great to. And I love the fact this place is animal friendly, so feel free to take your pet. This place is awesome for children and adults, and I love all the activities 5 stars would recommend
Our family just had a 4 day get together here. The campground is very nice. The people working here are so friendly and helpful! We rented a yurt, a cabin, and a campsite. There were 20 of us. We had plenty of space and everything we needed.

This place was absolutely amazing! The views are incredible, the location is perfect and the property is absolutely stunning!!! The owners are super friendly! The breakfasts were delicious and personal touches and hospitality exceeded all expectation
This is truly the most stunning rock formation in Devilâs Lake State Park, if not all of Wisconsin. After all, who would expect such an incredible natural marvel in a U.S. state thatâs not known for tall mountains or rock formations or other nat
Lovely B & B. We enjoyed the room. It was lovely, large, with a king bed. Bathroom was nice. The home is gorgeous, with lots of lovely antiques, and wonderful architectural details.
The only things keeping us from a 5 star rating on the room itself
Labrynth Games is a great FLGS in Baraboo! Corey is a super friendly owner who we really enjoyed talking with. The store is beautiful and very well laid out, using every inch of space cleverly without feeling closed in. We'll be back any time we're i
Not too big, not too small either, but regardless, this iconic rock formation adds to the splendor of Devilâs Lake State Park, which is perhaps the most amazing place Iâve visited in Wisconsin so far.
The owners of this property are extremely kind and helpful people. A quiet and peaceful campground to stay for a few nights (or more if you have an RV). Plenty of room for tents. Plenty of wood for purchase for cheap. A little close to the highway bu
