Our experience at Bar AC was fantastic! We had a great time and it was a wonderful send-off for our friend. The cocktails were top-notch, and the service was excellent. Courtney, our waitress, was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're in Austin, be sure to check out Bar AC!
We had amazing service from our server Jerome! He met us with enthusiasm and helped us out with delicious options for tapas! Everything was quick and flavorful! Highly recommend Jerome as a server and would definitely ask for the Texas Tea (it’s fantastic)!
Attended an event here and the staff had no sodas or coffee. The place is really pretty but can also be difficult to find (use the elevators that are not in the main lobby of the hotel). The view and terrace are nice but can get quite crowded in the entrances.
This bar is nothing shy of incredible! Had an amazing time here. The food is delicious. Felt like I was in Spain again.
Brian, Jason, Trey know how service is done. It’s all about the personal connection. I stay in hotels and bars 75 nights a year, and I’ve never had such great personable service before in Austin.

I love the Bar AC! The ambience is perfect for decompressing after a long day. The staff is always extremely friendly and the bartender Jerome is the best!! I always have a great experience here will continue coming back. 😊

Had a great experience at Bar AC with Jerome being our bartender. He took extra time and care to make our favorite cocktails and even recommended some he thought we would like. Tried the blood orange margarita and it was excellent. Thank you Jerome for making our Friday evening that much more special.
Love me some Spanish tapas, and the drinks were great. I usually go for sweeter and these drinks weren't sweet, but they do a great job highlighting the flavors included. And Courtney on day two training took the time to learn new things beyond her current training schedule just to help explain them to us, so she is one to watch there.
