Banh Mi Barista - Cafe in Fort Wayne - 5320 Coldwater Rd, USA

Great little local spot for the BEST Banh Mi (Vietnamese Sandwich) in town. Great tosted bread, amazing filling (the Viet Special or Korean BBQ are amazing), loaded with plenty of meat and fresh toppings. On top of that, great meaty egg rolls and their Pho is no joke either.

When we came there was no line, and we were served very quickly. The lady at the cashier was friendly and attentive. The teas were delicious, and the boba were fresh.

The guys working there were welcoming, friendly, and good at communicating. It was just them two, and they handled all incoming customers well. I liked the food! I got a chicken noodle special, and an avocado smoothie with boba. I know avocado smoothies aren’t everyone’s favorite, but I liked this one a lot. It wasn’t too sweet or overwhelming. It was refreshing :) I’d come back even if it’s just for boba 🧋🥑

It’s happy to found a small place like this. Small clean building with 🚗small parking lot. 🥗Shrimp and pork spring rolls were nicely filled up with few pieces of shrimp and pork and a lot of veggies. I like the sauce they made for my rolls. ☕️Cold Vietnamese coffee served with good amount of ice. Sweetness was a little too much, but acceptable to me. 🍜Beef pho was perfectly with right amount of sweetness to flavor up , wouldn’t be too much or too less. I ended up with my bowl empty. 🍽Service: The system is: order, pay then, they deliver food to your table. You can’t be picky about the service. But I still think I was nicely served. They spoke and acted politely. We got the water and bunches of sauce served on table. You can’t compare it with big restaurants, but every penny you spend here, is worth it. So, I recommend it.🤩 Update： Came here over and over again. Beside the food we order as usual, we are trying their sandwiches too. They’re good as well.

So glad I finally tried this place today! Delicious Korean BBQ sandwich. Super fresh and the best crunchy bread! First time trying pho and I was so happy! I had the beef variety which includes some sort of delicious meatball along with sliced steak. Next time I will see if I can have meatballs only because they were tasty and the sliced steak didn't add to the dish for me. They go easy on the spice. They give you condiments so you can spice it up yourself. The pho was perfect on this cold, drizzly day. I asked for them surprise me on the Boba tea and I believe I got passion fruit with mango popping pearls and it was delicious! Probably the best tasting Boba I have had! Some are very artificial and chemically tasting but not here. It's quick service with ample seating or carryout available. They give you a number and bring your order to you if you are dining inside which I think is a very hospitable touch. Friendly customer service. Can't wait to return and try the whole menu!

So, I've been hitting up Banh Mi for like, ten years now. Never really thought to leave a review before, just kept thinking, "Man, this is the spot!". Their Pho? Absolute winner, every time. And their bubble tea – it's like a sweet, refreshing slice of heaven. Today, the place was packed. Not a single empty seat. We hung around till a spot opened up and boy, was it worth the wait! We dove straight into the beef pho and the Korean BBQ sandwich. If you're feeling a bit down and need some food that feels like a hug from the inside, you gotta check this place out. Seriously, you won't find better Pho anywhere else around here. Make sure you swing by - it's an absolute taste bud party, promise!

I love their food- it was so good. The girl who works there is also so good!! I really want to go again and eat. Price is so good- best place ever!! Only thing they need a better machine for paying with cards as it double charged my sister in law as it gives such a hard time getting it to work.

Absolutely loved this place!! Such a cute shop and the guy that served us was very professional and good at his job! Boba was a 10/10 very fresh, they made it in front of us. The place smells amazing and I just want to get all the food. Definitely will come again!
