Cool and shady spot on the trail.
We love walking the trail over the creek and then hearing the horses in the distance. Lots of shady spots along the trail and benches on the bridge!
Great trail. Getting a parking spot along the trail can sometimes be tricky. Really lovely trail though. So, it's worth finding the best spot for you.
Love B and O, but it is a shame that kids graffitied the beginning of the trail. You can tell the trail keepers tried cleaning it, and after that didn't work, they must had just spray painted over what was written in black spray paint. It's a shame people disrespect such a peaceful trail.
Love this trail and really enjoy riding from Clermont and beyond.
Today was my first visit to this Trail. I wish I had come here sooner. This is a great Trail for Walkers joggers bicyclers, and is wheelchair accessible! If you love being outside like I do and getting some fresh air and exercise this is a great place to do it. No cars, no mud, no stairs and most importantly no charge. My sincere thanks to the Virgil's who pushed this B&O Trail through.
I love walking on the trail with my dog, my daughter, my grandson, and their 2 dogs. We have a nice, peaceful walk and talk and get rid of the day's stress for all involved. It's clean and the people, that we encounter on the trail, are very friendly and alert to their surroundings, just in case you have to dodge a dog or a bicycle.
Great place for a shady walk any time of day. Wide path for bikes, strollers, walkers. Benches at the river Bridge. Great walk for sunsets.

This park is awesome for kiddos! My son loved the barn playground, and all the different opportunities for climbing, jumping, and spinning. Definitely recommend for anyone nearby with small children.
I bike (casuallly) this trail a lot in the spring/summer/fall months. It's well paved with blacktop, has posted mile markers, and dedicated cross walks at busy roads. Lots of trees, birds, squirrels and chipmunks.
This is such a beautiful park with so much to do alone or with friends and family. The walking path has multiple elevations and very scenic. You will see a bridge, water, and wooded areas. There are plenty of picnic areas and gorgeous flowers.
The process was extremely easy, the staff is very friendly/ down to earth yet professional. My apartment was in very good shape, neighborhood is quiet/clean. Im very impressed.Alysea and Randle are awesome. I would highly recommend this community!
