Banana Republic Factory Store - Clothing store in Anthem - 4250 W Anthem Way Suite 135, USA

I walked in and was greeted by Monica and I told her I needed clothes for a new job which required me to go into an office. She helped me SO much by finding things in my size and bringing them to the fitting room as well as giving me her thoughts on how items looked which I truly appreciated. I got a lot of items for a very low price due to the sales and the new credit card discount. I had such a great experience I went back a few days later and found even more items and Jeremy and the other staff were all super helpful and friendly. I will be going there frequently now to catch new merch and sales.

I use to shop here regularly, they have awesome deals! However, the last 2 years I feel the quality has really gone down, items look good from afar but details are off (hems not well done or strings coming off, cheap fabrics). I understand the quality of items is out of the store's control, my 2 stars are unfortunately due to the representative's customer service. I've had several problems with items being rung up for the wrong price. Twice when redeeming rewards transactions had been entered incorrectly. When a reward is used it can no longer be redeemed so although the representative attempted to solve the problem by returning the items and re-scanning them for the ticketed price I was told I had "lost" my $10 rewards, and "unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you". In short; the store has great sales (I'm just careful to inspect the clothes) but from someone who lives across the street (and use to stop by weekly) the atmosphere has changed and I don't feel eager to shop there anymore.

Disappointed in the selection that was provided, the store has very little to choose from and almost looks empty. The hours that are publicly posted do not match what the employees are following. They closed the store an hour earlier then what was on the door and on Google and we felt rushed to leave. I hope someone speaks with them about at least the hours and following what the company has specified.

I visited this place on 5/7/22 Around 2PM - 3PM. Majority of their clothes was long sleeves, thick material, winter seasonal options. But what really gave this location a 1 star was due to the female worker stationed in the fitting room. She kept following us around without even offering to help us out. No one wants to feel like a suspect when they are trying to shop. All the other employees was respectful and welcoming.

Reyna the store manager went above and beyond to help my wife and I with a birthday gift for me. The wrong shoes arrived but Reyna took care of it. Best customer service!!! Reyna needs a raise lol

They didn't have anything in my size. The store was very clean and organized. They have the store merchandised well and pricing was clear. I would have thought their prices would be better seeing as it's an outlet store, but they're not much lower than a regular Banana Republic.

Love the clothes at the out let store. Always up to date and the sale prices are fantastic. Everyone that works the are so nice and helpful.

For men's pants last two times I haven't there I have 36 waist, for this very pant selections and little to none over 36, rarely 38. It is a slim man's store..
