Love this place! It was clean. I found out that they had to move from the old building because the owner of the old building was demoing the building. The service was really nice. The owner came and talked with us. When she found out that I'm from Panama City, she told me that she has a restaurant there, too. It's called Bamboo 2. She is also the cook there, too. The food is fantastic 😋 👌 😀! I had the Curry goat 🐐 and the flavors blinded in so nicely. My sister had the oxtail, and we both were practically licking the bowl. We walked out satisfied and happy 😊. We got halfway home and forgot to order some to go. My next adventure. . . Panama City ⛱️ for a second round.
I loved this place. The staff was so nice and answered my many questions. I had the jerk chicken, mac and cheese, cabbage, and coconut bread. It was a huge serving and the food was absolutely fabulous. The jerk chicken was so tender. The mac and cheese had just enough kick. The cabbage was perfectly cooked with just a little crunch left in. The flavors were fantastic. My friend had curry chicken. She said all of her food was amazing as well. We learned to play a new board game while waiting and that was so much fun. What a great atmosphere.
Had a late meal here, we were literally the last customers and the food was still amazing! The jerk chicken wings were delicious! My mom had the jerk pork and said it’s the best she’s had outside of Jamaica. We didn’t even take pictures but trust that the food was authentic. We will definitely be back before we leave town and whenever we return!
We stopped by after church and had a wonderful lunch. I had the curried goat, And my wife had the ribs. Both were outstanding. Very friendly and full staff we will definitely be back.
Definitely THE best ox tails I've ever had! The rum punch was great as well. Food and service was top notch. I gave one star for the atmosphere because they had both doors open which made the restaurant cold inside.
Today I decided to try this establishment because I’ve heard great things about it and I wanted to try the oxtails. The service was ok, there was one server and one person in the kitchen. It took about 15 minutes to get my food, around 1pm on a Friday. The oxtails were good but for the price I honestly don’t believe it is worth the $24.99 plus tax that is charged. I had maybe 4-5 small oxtails. The cabbage could have been left out cause it has no flavor what so ever. The flavor of the oxtails is amazing! I would go back but the price will probably prevent me from going.
We were in town for the 4th of July 2023 weekend and decided on some Jamaican food. I had the brown stew chicken with cabbage and macaroni n cheese. The brown stew was so tender and delicious! It was absolutely scrumptious! The mac n cheese was good. The cabbage was ok just a little too crunchy for me. The meal came with two small pieces of plantains. Overall, I’m very pleased with my meal and would eat here again! 🇯🇲
Very good food. The Johnny cake was excellent, so was the curried goat. The waiter was very helpful in trying to find a mild option for our daughter and had her taste several options. All reasonably priced.

Tried this place from word of mouth and the feedback was everything and more than I wanted. My wife and I tried the yuca fries and the birra tacos and we were not disappointed. Tasted like home cooking and I could not be more pleased. On top of that
