Convenient, long trail in the heart of a suburban neighborhood. This is not a quiet trail because it's by a main road. You will hear frequent traffic. But it's perfect for anyone desiring a long hike, casual walk or bike ride.

Good challenging trails. Our first visit and it was more than expected. We will return as this is a great place to practice and improve. The other bikers, we're very friendly and shared their experiences since mountain biking. Great day.

Great smooth trail for road cycling, roller blading, jogging or walking. Can get very crowded at times but for the most part everyone is polite and friendly.

Great place to ride your bike or take a simple walk.

Nice flat easy paved trail that moves through neighborhoods and near some businesses if you want to stop for some food or drink. Can be crowded and the south end parking is strangely not next to the trailhead so you have to ride along main roads for a short distance and it can bea bit nerve wracking if you are with children.

This trail never gets old. Love how safe it is. Love that they keep up the trail with constant cleaning and park rangers. Restrooms along the path. Greenery. And plenty of mileage to cover of you want a long voyage.

Super well maintained. Nicely paved, and rangers come each day to care for the trail.

I have done a lot of biking in DC but I was pleasantly surprised at how wide and flat this trail was and it was pretty low traffic even midday on a weekend. It was luscious and green with pit stops for air pressure fillups and snacks along the way at local businesses.
