There were bugs in bed also crawling on lamp Shade bathroom was disgusting looked like someone blew their nose on wall. And manager was rude and called police on me because I was 10 minutes late checking out!

Rooms are very spacious clean an staff is friendly Sam was a great help with finding out about the area we were in

I didn't even stay... she took my reservation over the phone two days in advance for Sunday night, and I went in in person because she barely spoke English... just to make sure about information a normal employee would have offered: non-smoking? working fridge? TV? Then distracted by her poor English (yet left in charge of A BUSINESS) I left and had to call back Sat and Sun trying to make sure I had the first floor... because I have bags and am injured. On Sunday, today... she said someone would call me to answer my questions: is there a deposit ext... and no one called me back. I waited at the store until over an hour after check out time and because IT WAS ABOUT TO RAIN, I got my groceries for my once a week night of relaxation and access to a TV... to find a man in the office this time. He said they didn't take reservations online or over the phone... so, it’s just walk in? Then how was I able to make a reservation and give my info over the phone?! But before there was even a hint of any trouble, the first time on the phone with the lady and today with the man they said, "If you have a problem with our establishment, you should go somewhere else." Curious how they both had that line down-pat. And I'd given up on America's Best Inn FL because of lack of communication over just having my refrigerator turned on... EVERY TIME I GO. I recommend taking their staff's suggestion and always GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Clean, quiet, friendly, close to everything. We've stayed here a few times and are always very happy. Yes, it's a bit outdated, it's not fancy, and it's not on the beach, but for the price you pay, it's a great deal. The owners are very friendly and they work really hard keeping this quaint property well maintained. The pool is refreshing, neither warm nor cold. There are mini refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms but no coffee makers. We went to the store and bought instant coffee and cups and were happy, but with Starbucks literally right next door, you might like that option.

As others have said this is a very basic motel. It is not of the standard of most of the chains (probably closest to a Motel 6). BUT it is spotlessly clean both in the rooms (we stayed twice) and outside and the staff (all members of an extended family) go out of their way to be helpful. We had no problems asking for extra towels and pillows. We were loaned a hair dryer. One of the staff saw us preparing to do laundry and offered to do it for us (then folded the clothes and had them ready). It is a great deal compared to the more expensive hotels if you just want somewhere clean and safe. Yes, the wifi is spotty, there are no coffee making items, the AC is loud etc., but we'd certainly stay again if just looking for a place to sleep at night. If you want a place to spend time during the day then probably look elsewhere and pay more. We enjoyed a swim in the pool (again very clean). Left our luggage there after checking out and they were great about caring for it. The area is very safe and the Starbucks almost next door. Across the street Trader Joe, a nice pizza place, and many other eating places nearby. I'd recommend the French bakery "Croissan Time" and a French restaurant called "Sage'" (check Groupon for discounts). Big Louie's is an Italian restaurant about a mile away and wonderful (and very reasonable priced). In summary, the Bali Hi is a great choice if you are prepared for basic, looking for a inexpensive place, and a clean bed to sleep in.

Do you want to stay here to stay here? NO, do you have some business that others May turn their nose up to? You're welcome here it's decent they don't care what you do just don't F the place up . And be respectful. They don't care about what you're doing just don't bring the police and don't bring a lot of attention and don't be loud smoke all you want have as many girls as you want be mindful. So yeah it's cool

Clean with a pretty room, right next to the beach. We had an awesome relax time. Special mention to Brian the guy who arranges the umbrellas by the beach in the morning. The guy is sweet and eager to provide with excellent service and always has a positive comment.

I knew this was not going to be a five-star hotel. I expected old, I expected very basic. I did not expect dirty take-out dishes left in the room, I did not expect dust you could write your name in, I did not expect sticky rings on the glass-topped table, I did not expect mold on the refrigerator door. And I most certainly did not expect hairs in the shower, especially a pubic hair at eye level. ||We only took our shoes and socks off to shower (and then put a towel on the floor), and slept in our socks. When we slept, which was only on top of the sheets. ||Also, no hair dryer. ||I felt very bad leaving a bad review because the managers were very nice. However, I felt duped by all the reviews touting the cleanliness of this motel and compelled to warn other travelers from a similar experience.
