Kayaking on the Seneca river has brought a new adventure to the park. The Kayak rentals are available when ever the park is open. See all the wildlife on the river! It's amazing!
Always seem to see some cool nature here, whether it's bald Eagles, osprey, muskrat, beavers, or protective swans chasing Canadian geese. It is a popular winter roosting spot for Bald Eagles, so if you visit in March, be sure to keep your eyes in the trees.
Fun little park. Has walking paths, access to water, boat launch, lots of open grassy area and 2 baseball fields. Very nice!
Nice clean bathrooms, good parking, friendly people there today. Kayak launch is still not in place on May 27, which surprised me. So we launched from the regular boat launch easily. There were 2 swans nearby and one was quite aggressive toward a Canada goose, so we left a wide berth paddling past her.
Very old school playground but lots of space and picnic areas. A few nice spots to fish in the Seneca river. There was a walking trail that looked nice too but we didn't explore it. There needs to be more trash cans around as there is quite a bit of litter on the ground
It's great that they installed a kayak launch but with the amount of seaweed, dead fish and garbage collecting in it, it's barely usable.
public boat launch needs some work 🚤🛶🚣♂️🚣♀️. The drop off is to steep can't see my boat when backing up before it gets near the water. Nice park with real bathrooms 🚻🚽🧼. Grate fishing spot 🎣🐟. Wide open space and nice trails 🚶♀️🚶♂️
A very picturesque scene of trees, open grass areas and a beautiful water way. Individuals were swimming, boating, and fishing. Local residents have the unique pleasure of, at least summer time, of living near by to this beautiful place. A very worth while trip for a day's picnic escutcheon.
