I've moved 10 times over the last 13 years and Baldwin Harbor was one easily one of the most beautiful places I've lived during that time. Each morning when I woke up, I looked out my window at the pool, the palm trees, and the lake and they brought a smile to my face. After years of cold-weather living, the location was a welcome change of pace. The complex is perfectly located - I was able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, sports fields, walking trails, and more. I loved the regular farmer's markets, parades, festivals, and other local events. There was hardly ever a need to leave the Baldwin Harbor area. The maintenance team responded quickly when I needed something repaired, the walls were thick enough that I hardly ever heard my neighbors (a HUGE plus after years of loud neighbors), and the people were friendly. It did take a while to repair some damage after Hurricane Ian, but I think several complexes were dealing with the same issue. Overall, I highly recommend Baldwin Harbor Apartments. If I ever move back to the area, I will definitely look to move back into the complex.
It's a great place to live if you enjoy bug infestations (bugs literally pouring out of the electrical sockets - see pictures attached), heinous fecal odor coming from the bedroom so strong that you have to wear a mask, deafening alarms blaring for hours randomly during the day (I have videos), and a front desk that does not answer the phone no matter how many times you call. Lived here for almost a year and I have never had such poor conditions in my entire life. Service request after service request and nothing gets resolved. No one does anything about the bugs; they just keep placing these traps to "monitor" if we are making up the bugs, and then when we make a new request, they swap them out and continue the cycle of avoiding. The entire first three months we lived here there was apparently no air filter installed so we were just breathing in dust and debris, which we didn't know because the air filter access is locked in each apartment. If you value sanitary conditions, don't overpay to live here. I have pictures and video proof of it all.
What a lovely community! I will be moving in a couple of months, but Blanca was so lovely, attentive and the nicest person I’ve meet in a while. She answered all my questions regarding the community, showed me all the amenities, as well as a couple of different apartments. It’s a beautiful place and the perfect location for sure!

A beautiful and great place to live. The grounds and living facilities are top notch. All of the employees, office, and maintenance staff are very courteous and extremely helpful. Maintenance requests are handled right away to get things working again. The pools, workout areas and clubhouse are well decorated with premium materials. There is even a dog wash area! The grounds are well landscaped with beautiful trees and bushes.
Really enjoying living here so far! Our apartment is in great condition and move-in was super easy. Val from the leasing office was super attentive. She gave us a great tour and then assisted us all the way up until move in day!
