Balcony One - American restaurant in Virgin - 770 UT-9, USA

I must admit I was skeptical but I have not had such an amazing dining experience in quite a while. Hannah was our server and she was absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, and attentive. She gave honest recommendations and her favorite picks. This level of service is sadly the exception, not the rule in today’s day and age. But to come across such a lovely person to take care of us during our meal was so refreshing. I also LOVE that the pastry chef comes in to make the desserts fresh each day. No wholesale food supplier delivering frozen cheesecakes once a week. This restaurant is also uniquely decorated and so cozy!!! You absolutely must put Balcony One on your list of places to visit!!!!

Visiting Zion National Park, we had to stop at this place. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and the server JESSE was amazing on all levels (pleasant, hospitable, enthusiastic, and professional) We tried the French onion soup, pasta bologneise, empenadas, seared tuna taco, potato skins, ) all delicious Well recommended. Will visit next time.

Hannah was amazing. She had all the answers to the questions needed to fill up my belly, while appreciating all the greatness of the food they had to offer. Only photo I didn't get was the German chocolate cake, only because it was consumed before we thought about it. We even got the recipes for a couple of the vinaigrettes that we had. So delicious! Honorable mention to Bec(sp?) Who had seen us also at another location the next day.

Great place 🤩 I sat at the bar. The dining room vibe is light and comfortable; with high desert courtyard feel, and the bar had a wide window view of the southern Utah skyline. There was outdor seating, but i didn't check it out. I had a Santa Fe Sunset cocktail (bright and refreshing), the Ceviche Tostada (clean with alight zip), and the Pigs Wings (teryaki and tender). So VERY delicious. The service between the hostess, the bartender, and the wait staff was prompt, genuinely friendly, and warmly professional. Definitely coming here again ☺️

Great service and atmosphere. Most of our food was good, but the sreak was a little chewy for a medium cook. The cocktails are delicious.

We have been traveling full-time for the past 7 months through 8 states and this restaurant is the BEST we have visited! The entire experience was fantastic! From the hostess, Kylie, to our exceptional server, Ezra! Even though we came in at 8 and they close at 9 we never felt rushed... Ezra repeatedly told us to relax and enjoy our food and drinks. He was attentive, explained the menu, and brought the food out in nicely timed stages, not in a rush. We started with a couple of Zombie drinks and empanadas. The empanadas were light and flaky and full of flavor. We had salads with their homemade dressings and fresh baked rolls. You could smell the herbs in the rolls! My husband had the baby back ribs and I had the oven roasted chicken. Both entrees and their sides were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious! We each had leftovers and bought dessert to go... we haven't tried them yet but I'm certain they're delicious. The restaurant inside is beautiful with a warm relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful staff. We're very impressed and plan to visit a couple of more times before we get back on the road. To the owner.... Well done!!!!!

Absolutely the place to go after hiking in Zion. Great views (sit outside!), fun SW decor, great food with lovely plating, and great service. Our server Liz was wonderful. The owner checked in on each of the tables. What else could you ask for?

Wow! Fantasic food and service. We had a wonderful dinner. Highly recommend the ceviche tostadas, french onion soup, greek salad and tiramisu.
