On a recommendation I used Balanced Plumbing for the first time. My one star is for cost of the job that was done. It does not apply to the service person who was personable and did his job well. He also fixed my outside faucet with minor adjustments at no charge. They are not reasonably priced and felt I was overcharged. I was given the quote before the work was done and since the guy was here and I did not want to pay the charge for coming out I had him proceed with the work. I have spoken to several knowledgeable people and they also stated I was overcharged. The guy was great but I'm sorry I did not shop around for other estimates. I will not use them again.

Who was available and willing to make a lot of money on a Sunday afternoon. I'm gonna give my money to somebody. He chose not to get it. SORRY

Fantastic service! Quick, kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. I had no water pressure from my kitchen sink faucet. Paul walked me through the repair so I understood what was done and explained everything I needed to know for maintenance. I recently had a pipe leak from the soffit near the ceiling in my garage and water was dripping from several different spots from the soffit into my garage floor. Paul from Balanced Plumbing of Sycamore came out and immediately located the leaking pipe and fixed the issue in a very timely manner before serious damage occurred. Paul was very professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Also, his service is a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company!

Wow, I cannot say enough about how exceptional my service was. We called Balanced Plumbing after hours for a potential gas leak and Paul came as soon as he could. Aside from being kind, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and ensured our home was safe for our family. While here, he also took the extra step to check our furnace, toilets, and water softener to educate us on our new home’s systems without trying to sell us on anything - he gave us options. We will be working with Paul moving forward and I would hands down recommend him to anyone. Top quality plumbing services that I trust!

I have used Balance Plumbing to fix a plethora of plumbing issues at my two rentals and my home, and they have been nothing short of spectacular. Super-reliable, great quality, and efficient. I trust them to do the job right! And I don’t trust easily!! Paul is an awesome dude, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Very professional, very reasonable pricing, and has always seemed to have your best interest in mind. I had almost forgotten our first meeting with him, at least a year ago, when we needed a new fitting/pipe when we were trying to install our dishwasher ourselves. He let us know that a dishwasher installation kit would include that part and save us the large amount we would have to pay for him or someone else to do it. And on top of that he waved his fee for coming out. We most recently called him out again for our water heater, ended up needing the whole thing replaced and he was out the very next day. Incredible service and very personable. We highly recommend him and will always call him when in need!
