Baker's Dozen - Putnam LLC - Coffee shop in Putnam - 303 Kennedy Dr, USA

First time at The Baker’s Dozen and I can definitely say that I will be back! The drive thru line was pretty long when I got there but the staff moved through it all quite fast. I got some breakfast sandwiches for my boyfriend and I as well as an iced latte. I must say everything was delicious! As a born and raised New Englander who grew up basically on Dunkin (and Starbucks) it’s nice to have a coffee shop nearby like The Baker’s Dozen that’s local and serves quality food. Also, if you happen to bring your pooch along for the ride, they do serve pup cups :)

Best local driveup business. Best staff in a box! Always smiling, always efficient with your "one of those thingies" orders!

The short dark haired girl in the afternoon has a bad attitude. She rolls her eyes when you tell her your coffee. She isn't very friendly. However there are some girls there who are awesome but those are the blonde morning girls. They are great.

Fast friendly service with a smile early in the am.

We love this place. Drinks and food is far superior to DD, which has taken a big dive in quality and service around here. Bakers Dozen is hands down the best, and you can still get lemon in your ice tea.Service is top notch too.

I walk by this small intimate place and enjoy a hot sandwich and a sweet donut 🍩 once a week. It's always busy but the staff is quiet and smiles all around. I appreciate their atmosphere 😁💪❤️🍩

Really good food (specifically turkey cheddar bacon with Chipotle sauce-YUM) ..& coffee is decent. Service is always at least twice as fast as dunkin with better or equal product. Staff is usually very friendly at this location but the one blond girl (wish I knew her name-never seen a nametag) is so cold to me every time. She doesn't crack a smile, even when I smile first. She seems extremely miserable, like she hates her job. I feel for her but also wish she'd find another place to work.

Just went through the drive thru. And I couldn't get out one coherent thought at the speaker while I was ordering. I guess it was just one of those mornings. I apologize halfway through saying that I just was not able to get it together. When I drove to the pickup window, a very sweet note had been written on my coffee and I was greeted with a very warm and understanding smile. I don't think it matters how old you are or how put together you are, those moments of kindness stick with you. As a frequent customer, I can also say that the food is always made correctly, and they are very fast and very efficient and I give such credit to them for working in customer service in a very strange time to be doing that.
