Bajas Tex Mex Taqueria - Mexican restaurant in North Providence - 1650 Mineral Spring Ave, USA

I haven't been overly impressed with this chain. However, I was tonight. This location was sharp, clean, and efficent. The food was delicious, and the service was speedy. The young lady on the register was very nice and patient and has a great smile. Excellent job all around Bajas.

The food is always consistent here and the workers are always pleasant. It's a cute spot and authentic. It's always busy in here so you know it's good...but the wait is never long. The only thing I recommend is if you get the nachos, ask them to leave in the oven a little longer because the cheese never melts. Either that or also get the melted queso on top to help melt.

“Free chips and salsa with any burrito purchase Sunday thru Thursday 10 am to 4pm.” This is what the sign tells me. I stand in line and order my burrito. I told the second employee who completed my burrito I’d like a side of guac. He nodded and looked away and never provided my side. Then as I approach the cashier I told him I would like the chips and salsa deal. The cashier tells me today (Monday) the deal does not apply and that they can do the chips+salsa deal on Friday and Saturday (the days it does not apply). They would not receive this review if they honored the deal on the sign. Language barrier 100%

First time at a Bajas. We took a while reviewing the options and they were super patient and willing to answer questions and accommodate requests (such as items on the side). I was impressed on how clean this place was! The counters were spotless and there was no evidence of cross contamination like at Chipotle where the toppings often seem to be mixed. Took our food to go. Everything was well packaged to survive travel and everything was delicious. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.

NORTH PROVIDENCE BAJA: Love the food, impressed with the cleanliness, but CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! The two guys that prepare the orders are extremely rude, dismissive. This is the second time I encountered the blatant disrespect! Will not patronize ever again!

the staff are rude and dismissive. you order a drink they charge you an extra dollar for ice on a warm drink they sell. after you already paid almost 4 dollars for the drink itself. just greedy

Went for lunch like I normally do since I work in the area , everything was good expect the fact that while I was getting a drink from the soda fountain I seen a ROACH around the soda machine won’t be coming back

This food was the best I've ever had (no exaggeration)!!!! The service was great, the staff were super sweet!
