I have ordered from these guys several times using DoorDash and I have never been disappointed! My order is always hot and early. My personal favorite is building my own sandwich with breaded chicken, cheese, lettuce tomato on a roll. Bellissimo!

So normally I love this place! I go there all the time and I’ve never had an issue….UNTIL TODAY! I went after work at 2:45; 15 minutes before they close. Ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. When I got home I opened up the food to discover a black bagel. So burnt that bits of it crumbled in my hand. It was utterly inedible and there was nothing I could do! How do you cream cheese a black burnt bagel?!? Plus, there was a little cream cheese in the center of both bagels. Leaving them pretty much dry!!! I plan on going back tomorrow with the pic and asking what I did to deserve such disrespect! Do yourself a favor CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!

I’m so happy we found this place! We moved from Brooklyn less than a year ago and have been searching for a good bagel place and we finally found it. The bagels are great, the ingredients are fresh, and it’s very affordable pricing. If you’re in mood for a tasty bagel and are around the area, I highly recommend stopping by here. You won’t be disappointed and it might just become your new go to place for bagels. We will definitely be coming back here!

Do not order from this place ever please, if I could give 0 stars I would, not only they did not send everything I ordered but they hung up the phone and did not even care at all or fixed the issue. They obviously cannot handle volume and they lack customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and never order from this place ever or your day will be ruined. The quality of the food did not even make up for the disappointment and aggravation this caused to my family on Thanksgiving Day!

Food is good, some of the employees are nice, good mix of people come in and sometimes when I eat in I feel uncomfortable.

Where to start with this one... Their online menu is outdated. Plain bagel with cream cheese is listed $2.25 but is really $3 at the store. Took 15 mins for me to get my order of just 1 bagel, and when I did get it, it was a rock hard overcooked bagel that looked like something you would get at the frozen section at a super market. Definitely not made today, and tasted awful. First and last time I will be going to this place. Would definitely not recommend.

All I wanted was a toasted bagel with cream cheese and butter. First bagel I was given was whole wheat everything, despite ordering regular everything. I cannot eat whole wheat due to a digestive issue, so thankfully I realized this was a whole wheat bagel and did not eat it. The second bagel I was given was simply not toasted. By this time, restaurant was closed. Don't go here.

Sandwich is ok, but I asked for salt, pepper, ketchup, napkins. I called , and the answer was, "oh, we don't do that." Edit... I thought I'd call back and just ask for the manager , and she was great she just brought the items right over and left it on my doorstep. 👍 Thank you.
