This place used to be the best around. But their prices have gone way up and the quality has come down. The bagels are still the best around, but everything else is lacking. The butter and cream cheese are lacking in flavor, all of the breakfast meats taste the same. The bacon, pork roll, and sausage all have the same flavor and none of them taste like they are supposed to. If you need bagels, this is the place to get em, but you will get better butter and cream cheese at the supermarket.
Went there on Christmas Eve to eat breakfast with my family. It was our first time at this location. We ordered everything bagels for all of us. The bagels were very very salty- we could not eat the bagels. Even the cream cheese had thin and watery texture. Very unpleasant experience.
Visiting the area; like to make a stop here for the bagels as it’s delicious, love the smell of the bagels. Ordered a bagel sandwich for breakfast with an iced latte - very satisfied. Staff was friendly.
This was my 1st time in.. I had a chicken Ceasars wrap...my safe bet. I was really good. I was a really big portion more than I could eat at once. I will be going back and trying more menu items
What didn't make any sense at all was how good this sandwich was!!! This is our second time eating breakfast here this time I just had to do a review. ITS SO HARD TO FIND GOOD FOOD THESE DAYS. I brought two everything bagels turkey bacon egg and cheese a cinnamon raisin bagel cream cheese and two cappuccinos total 25.00. WHY WOULD I EVER GO BACK TO DUNKIN WHYYYYY!!!! That sandwich was the best turkey bacon egg and cheese I EVER had. It was so juicy and fresh right portion of turkey bacon. THE COFFEE WAS STRONG. IM JUST SATISFIED 😀 I will not be going back to dunkin! I JUST CANT

They have great flavor to the bagels and are not undercooked. Definitely would recommend this place out of most bagel shops in the area.

One of the best around us. Very safe being surrounded by busy streets. Clean and well maintained. Very nice for a peaceful sitting and also for a short or long walk. I love it.

The people are always sooo nice at Villa! Theyâre so nice and efficient and the pizza is always great! My husband and I go on a pizza lunch date once a month here to have the cheese pie and two sodas. Thank you Villa Pizza for a great meal under $2
What an amazing find! Milk Tea and Fruit teas were delicious! We also ordered some food options that were also very tasty! They have some daily specials. Highly recommend!
Best pizza in Edison/Metuchen. Old skool Italian owner. I moved from The Bronx near Arthur Ave and I know Italian sauces pretty well. This pizza is pretty good compared to NY pizza.
4/4/23 OMFG! This was insane. Best Italian I have had inâ¦.. donât even know. This was the Penne a La Mario. Folks it was unbelievable! Broccoli rabe, penne, sausage plum tomatoes, garlic oil, lions and tigers and bears oh my. Off the wall good!
