The Bagels were decent but they closed all the grills and wouldn’t make any hot food way before closing. It’s unfortunate because I was looking forward to trying their bagel sandwiches. I’ll try to come back sometime soon so I can try them. The prices for the fresh bagels are pretty decent.

Great coffee owner really cares. Bagels are great. Breakfast wraps are wonderful. Only 1 time it was bot acceptable, and that was when the bagel did not have a lot of cream cheese. I will pay more for a bagel, and i understand inflation, but a bagel needs a lit of cream cheese.

So clearly under new ownership. I want to cry. This place used to be my number one beloved bagel place in the world and I have been coming here since I was a child. Prices have doubled. Staff was rude, cream cheese was nasty and they are soo skimpy with it. some of the produce is actually inedible. Really deeply disappointed and sad. I went in at 5:45 this morning, everything should’ve been at its freshest.

Been coming here for years. They have some of the best bagels in area. However, lately they have been getting orders wrong more than right. Food is delicious but make sure you check your order before you leave! UPDATE: Yet again they got my order wrong. More expensive than it should have been. And unorganized. Probably my last time coming here which is unfortunate because they have great bagels.

Was in town visiting parents, 2 hours away from my home in Long Island. I would literally drive 2 hours just to enjoy these bagels. If you like fresh hot bagels that taste like hot diner rolls, then this is the place to eat. I can not believe how incredible these bagels taste. Well worth any trip. I will be eating there every time I am in the neighborhood. A must have!

They had a poor ordering system. Went in with my family of four and gathered at the register TOGETHER only for them to take a long time to create or order and accept our payment. They were disorganized and had they let us pay when we first ordered, they would have seen we were all together. However, their poor system led them to criticize how we ordered. They were unclear and did not have a standard operating procedure. They did not know who placed the orders and were constantly confused about who ordered what in their busy restaurant. They were rude to us and after a long time finally gave us half our order, they told my husband to sit down. We were uncomfortable waiting in there. Also, the bagels were sub-par.

I came in at 12pm to get bagels and called in before to make sure they were open. They declined my call 3 times before they finally answered. They said they closed at 1pm. I came in and immediately the staff at the front was very rude and rushing me and saying they are closing. It was 12pm…they closed at 1pm. I tried to order from grill and he said the grill was closed. Why an hour before closing time??? Then he proceeded to rush me and be rude. I told him as a costumer you should never rush the costumer when they JUST walked in. I left. Don’t support rude this business.

Bagels are very good. Ordering process plenty disorganized. Many people ordered after me and got their food first. Another customer was waiting even longer than me.
