First time coming here , food is good , just the prices are through the roof . Kinda pricey 5$ almost a bagel with cream cheese .

Been coming here for years and Eric finally went overboard with the pricing. To think he would keep a reasonable price list for all his value customers over the last 20 years. Just paid close to $18 for a Pastrami sandwich. We got another sandwich which was supposed to be a Buffalo Chicken hero and yet again got plain old turkey. Think its time to focus on finding good workers instead of just hiring anybody off the streets or close all together because this is ridiculous. Not to mention this isn’t even close to the first time that this has happened. Also the main counter lady always schemes her way to throw on a few extra dollars on the bill so always check prior to paying. Yall just lost another customer

If you're reading this, you have a ton of choices that are probably all wonderful. I used to take places like bagel boys for granted until I moved to Delaware. I knew I couldn't find bagels here, but I expected to get a decent bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, boy was I wrong. I was lucky enough to be in town for Christmas and got myself the bacon, egg and cheese I've been dreaming about. I can't wait to come back!.

The food was tasty and I would've given a 4 star rating until... My wife went to the restroom, where she was directed by an employee to use the employees only bathroom. There was no soap and no hand sanitizer. Upon leaving the restroom she watched as a plastic gloved employee walked outside to his car rummage around and returned wearing the same gloves and went back to handing food with the same gloves. No soap in the employee bathroom and poor glove hygiene totally ruined it for us.

Excellent bagels and sandwiches, great cookies and pastries, and a good selection of drinks and chips. Probably one of the top 3 for bagels in the county. The biggest problem with this place is that it's a PITA to get in and out of their parking lot, and the line system inside does not make any sense. You wait in line to place your order, then kind of have to stand to the side without being in the way to wait for the food, then they give you your food with a charge receipt and you have to go wait in line again to pay. I can never go here if I'm in a rush to get back to work.

I had a disappointing experience at this bagel place. They charged me $7 for a croissant egg and cheese, and then added an extra $2 just for the croissant itself. $10 for eggs and a croissant? What a rip-off! To make matters worse, the croissant was stale with barely any eggs. I recommend just going to another bagel store and saving your money. I felt ripped off. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this place again.

Been coming here for years but will not be coming any more. Their prices have skyrocketed, in the most unreasonable way. I got a bagel with plain cream cheese and lettuce, tomato, onion. The total was $6.17. How is it $2 less than a bagel, eggs, bacon, and potatoes with veggies?! I made a face when they hiked the price of a bagel with cream cheese to $4 but this is ridiculous. My friend paid $14 for tuna salad in his bagel. Seems like the owner is trying to sabotage his own business. David's bagels in Pomona will be my new go-to.

My father had stage 4 pancreatic cancer and had a difficult time eating. My father asked me to get him a sesame bagel with lox spread. My father waited in the car as I went in to get his bagel. Keep in mind my father at that time did not eat anything for 2 days before that because of the tremendous pain that would occur after eating certain foods due to the cancer. I brought the bagel to my father in the car, and he saw the lox spread was orange (which isn't bad) but he thought it should have been white, and it also had a foul smell. He asked me to bring it back in. When I brought it back, the owner said to me "I know your father. Call him and put it on speaker." I then called my father. On the phone the owner was explaining to him that the lox spread is good and he should try it, but my father simply didn't want to try it, as people with pancreatic cancer experience nausea and the look and smell of the lox spread made him nauseous. He asked for a sesame bagel with egg salad instead. The owner was so frustrated after throwing out a bagel that probably cost him a dollar at most to make. He then said to me "I would kill your father if it wasn't for the cancer that would kill him first." What kind of human being says such a thing? He should be ashamed of himself and anyone with common sense would know not to say such a thing. Whoever reads this and thinks of going there, think about this story before making that decision. I am now mourning the loss of my beloved father. The attitude of the owner, who is approaching retirement, was very rough and indifferent. The appearance of the owner I've seen so far has been entirely pretentious.
