Beautiful Mountain View, especially now (late October) when the fall leaves are in full color. You’ll find this overlook off of the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina, just outside of Asheville. The Blue Ridge Parkway offers a stunning drive at any time of the year, and does NOT offer the sheer drops off the side of narrow roads. Bottom Line? If you’re visiting anywhere within miles of this highway, it is seriously worth the drive.
The leaves are at their peak this weekend!! It was so beautiful! All of the colors were just spectacular. 🍂🍁 Can't wait to see them again. The parkway was truly breathtaking! 😍
Went to this overlook to car camp overnight over labor day weekend. We arrived right after sunset. Not surprising there were some rowdy teenagers hanging out for awhile but eventually they left. It was peaceful and we weren't bothered. Just some cars passing by but we slept right through it. Still a decent place to car camp overall and it was a nice view to wake up to.
Nice overlook providing views of Bad Fork Valley. The view from the overlook faces southwest so I'm sure this would be a great spot for sunsets. Looks like most of the area was cleared pretty recently and the vegetation is beginning to grow back. Overall, this is a nice overlook with plenty of room to park. Elevation - 3,350 feet.
Breathtaking as always. The Blue Ridge Parkway has surprises and views around every curve and bend in the road. All anyone needs to do is simply take a leisurely drive to discover what we locals have known for years. Pack a picnic and check out the spots to stop and enjoy quiet quiet beauty that awaits. Sorry I didn't get photos of this spot.
Beautiful wild view of the valley faces south.
One of many places I get my zen on. Love the whole Blue Ridge Mountains
Probably one of my favorite overlooks for sunsets. If you have a drone it’s a great spot to get some landscape shots.

This is an awesome gym! The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The open gym concept is just genius. I was here for 2 days and the gym has a huge selection of equipment. As an early riser, I like that I can go straight into the gym. Also, the pl
I started the six weeks challenge at Glenn Bridge CrossFit for mostly the same reason everyone else does....I was physically out of shape and nothing was really working for me. I also started the challenge for my mental health. After my wife suddenl
Food was surprisingly good for the price. I don't know any other place where you can get at ribeye steak with baked potato and salad for $12. Insane! Service was quick and attentive but kinda annoyed that the waitress took the order from another tabl
Beautiful views. Trails are either uphill or downhill. Not much flat level land. If you're up for a vigorous hike with nice wooded scenery, this one's for you!
This is more so the review of an employee. While the staff is always friendly and as helpful as possible, KORI is phenomenal!!! I started my first aquarium about 3 months ago. I did all the research I could do, but of course still have tons of quest
