Back Bay Suites - Furnished apartment building in Boston - 269 Commonwealth Ave, USA

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for just under 3 months and couldn’t have wished for better. It’s location was perfect and felt very safe. Everything was very comfortable and clean and well appointed. The kitchen had all we needed for our stay and there were plenty of good food stores or restaurants nearby for our needs. The owner was wonderful to work with and available at all times with any questions we had. It was a truly great way for us to have enjoyed our fist stay in Boston. Hopefully we will be back again next year and we will most certainly use Back Bay Suites for our accommodation.

These apartments have a perfect location. They are close to the river Charles for sunset walks, just two blocks away from Newbury Street, another block from the Prudential Centre with all the shops restaurants, food markets and public transport right at hand. It’s a beautiful area and felt very safe. Old Boston red brick apartments and historic buildings surround the area. I was here in the fall and the foliage in the street trees lovely (as were the Halloween pumpkin displays, some of which were spectacular!). The apartment itself is very well set up and decorated to suit. Comfortable, pretty much everything I needed to stay, cook, and use as a base for exploring Boston and beyond. The owner was extremely friendly too, I recommend these apartments– I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I stayed at a one bedroom apartment in Back Bay. The building was conveniently located close to public transportation, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The apartment was very spacious, albeit a bit pricey. It did not have a full kitchen but it was very comfortable and fulfilled my expectations. The owners were very nice and responsive. I will consider it again if I return to Boston for a short term.

We just finished a two month stay in their Back Bay location. The apartment was tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable. They've retained many architectural details giving the apartment wonderful character. The kitchen was small but well equipped and quite functional. The location is fantastic! You can walk everywhere. I highly recommend Back Bay Suites. It's a great alternative for anyone looking for a comfortable place in the city for an extended period.

I absolutely loved my stay in Back Bay Suites! The apartment was beautiful, especially the exposed brick full kitchen with stainless appliances. The location was fantastic, convenient to everything. The building was a typical brownstone, and the neighborhood nice and quiet. This may sound too good to be true, but it was all that and more, not to mention it was nice to have a real home for a few months. I'll be back and I look forward to my next stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at one of the Back Bay Suites properties (in Back Bay). The location was superb (my unit afforded me a view of the river) which was wonderful. The unit was completely and carefully stocked with everything I could possibly need. The unit was meticulously maintained and furnished with a great deal of thought and care. A completely enjoyable stay and seamless transition. Would highly recommend for any extended stay in the Boston area.

My stay at Back Bay Suites was phenomenal. The apartment I stayed in was even lovelier and more spacious than the pictures led me to believe. I immediately felt right at home. It was a quiet, convenient, and comfortable environment. I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay for four months. The owner was incredibly sweet and always available if I needed anything. Everything is included, making temporary stays a hundred times less of a hassle. Even contacting maintenance was a breeze. In my experience, you request assistance and someone shows up within a week, if you’re lucky. Not the case here. I had a problem with my shower and someone was over within two hours. They handle any issues you have (which will be few, if any) promptly and kindly. The space was clean and stocked with everything it was supposed to have upon my arrival, making the move in process quick and easy. I cannot recommend Back Bay Suites enough. It was by far the best apartment experience I’ve ever had—in Boston or otherwise.

I really enjoyed staying in Back Bay Suite. I stayed here for 9 months. Everything is amazing here, beautiful furnished room, full kitchenware, HBO/Starz/Max/Showtime TV, fast Internet. The owner responses any issue very quickly. The place is also very convenient. You can even walk to nearly anywhere around Boston if you are interested in hiking and walking. All in all, highly recommended.
