Awesome, I had a Mediterranean chicken pita ,Then ended up by ordering food for the whole family, tasted one the tase was in beatable, very friendly crew , will go again to try other menu items . Baby’s rocks. Highly recommended.

I’ve ate from here before never had this issue . I’m not sure what was the problem today but I literally was eating my food & something was moving and it didn’t look like beef lol , I looked closer and it was definitely a bug. It was a literal bug in my food & they were literally not trying to give me my money back . Talking about “ store credit “ why would I want to eat from here again after this ?

I went to get a cheese steak drove home opened it up and found a hair on the sandwich. I went back to get a refund and they told me No Refunds . They could just remake it. Why would I want another sandwich or anything from them after finding hair in my food . The two employees refused to give me a refund and told me to see the manager tomorrow so I’m gonna come back in the morning and see if they’ll give me a refund. There’s no morality or integrity displayed in the restaurant. I’ll keep you updated after tomorrow.

The food here is delicious, but they will mess your order up. I came in on 11/18 and purchased a Chicken Salad from them. Get home and it’s a Mediterranean chicken salad. Spoke with the manager that night , he told me don’t worry about it . They will replace it, I told him I lived 15 to 20 minutes away . He said not to worry we will just replace give you another salad the next time you come in. I get there on 11/19 everybody playing dumb. One of the managers on the phone giving me a lecture about the policy. I get the policy but that’s not what you told me . They did finally give me another one. But I had to go through too much to get it. I would’ve paid for another one because the salad is just that good. It’s just the service afterwards when they make a mistake that’s bad. Just check your food if you go there .

The girl working drive thru and taking orders inside was awesome.... Very patient and helpful while I figured out what I wanted to try... Food was great .. my daughter loved the beef so much that she ate most of it before I could take a picture 🤣

I'm taking time to let you know how professional and courteous Stacy is. She's truly a breathe of fresh air. You must be commended for her extra effort.

I never been here before so I checked out the menu selections and they looked appetizing. I was making my order and they young lady on the other end of the speaker was rushing me. Her attitude was not nasty but it was the “ is that it?” “ anything else?” Before I could tell her what else I wanted. I got so frustrated, I just pulled off. Dang that food looked good tho😔

Got food here with my friend and we found an INSECT in our food. Manager was very rude when asking for a refund and tried to offer store credit. This is extremely unreasonable considering the extremity of the situation and the simple fact that I would absolutely never eat here again. Despite the fact that she ate some of her food, my food was almost untouched. Regardless if the food was partially eaten or not, we deserved our money back. We could care less about the price (It’s just $10 nachos). It’s the principle of it. Overall I was highly disappointed with my experience and the lack of accountability from the restaurant. save your money and DONT EAT HERE!!!
